Kelly Hoppen’s first ever Today’s Special Value

Kelly Hoppen Interior designer to the stars Kelly Hoppen is back on QVC to celebrate her 1st anniversary since launching her home-style collection with us.

To mark this special occasion, Kelly has created a 600TC damask duvet set selected just for QVC as her first ever Today's Special Value!

Here, Kelly tells us about her TSV set and being on live TV.

How has your first year been on QVC?

It has been a very exciting year and I have just been overwhelmed by the popularity of our range of products.

When I first started I just didn't know what to expect and it was quite daunting that the shows go out live. However, now I feel much more relaxed and really enjoy my time on air with the presenters.

Kelly Hoppen TSV bedding When designing the damask bed linen TSV for QVC, I took inspiration from the beautiful Italian Frette linens. I feel this has been captured perfectly in the exquisite pattern and the jacquard weave.

What makes the design more unique is that rather than covering the whole surface of the linen, I have arranged the pattern within a wide central band, which is framed with a plain border on either side.

How would you complement the white and the taupe sets?

Accents of green and purple complement the taupe perfectly, where as bold spots of red and orange look great with the white. Black is also a great classic as it goes with everything.

Keeping the colours of your accent pieces within the same tonal family can also look so chic. For example, our new smokey taupe velvet throw and matching cushions look fantastic with both the taupe and the white damask linen.
