Just a quickie today…

Debbie's sister Linda First this week just to say I've heard that Peter Andre is definitely coming on to QVC – no wonder with so much to sell! BUT I fear it's last week in June when I'm at Center Parcs! Oh well – will be great to have another big name performing their new CD live!

Second, my sister Linda just did a fab guest audition and may be on air soon – well done to her and look out for a nail product called 'In the Buff' for shining and conditioning natural nails!

Third, watch out for tomorrow's blog with the lovely Clare Jacob and her new book. Please enjoy the interview and do try to get the book if you can – she has such a lovely turn of phrase – her writing is really enjoyable. Closer magazine has just called it a 'riveting read'!

Debbie with her nieces and the pogs After years of defending clients accused variously of terrorism, hiding cocaine in coconuts, and stealing underpants she decided to capture the lunacy and mystery of it all in a novel. And there'll also be a  chance to win a signed copy of 'Ophelia in Pieces' just by leaving a comment!

I'm on air for some lovely shows over the next week – including Gatineau on Sunday at 5pm – some great bargains on their TSV day so join me if you can!

Debs x

P.S. I survived the few days babysitting my brother's 5 and 2 year-old rugrats – more about that in another blog! Needless to say, I'll never look at Petits Filous the same way again… 🙂

Hi Debbie – Peter Andre How good is that!!!!! Shame you will be at Center Parcs you would have been great to interview him……. Many happy hours spent at CP when the children were young
well younger…happy memories of burning the log in the fire in the chalet my daughter who was 4 at the time got her finger bitten by a squirrel at Elvedon she has never looked at a squirrel in quite the same light. Just had to say I thought the stint with Harriet is it…. doing Yogi Wand was hilarious when she did you’re fringe….not sure if this is recent caught it on the beauty channel.
Waiting in anticipation for the new presenters……you and craig are still my favs though

Hi Debs, Ophelia in Pieces sounds a great read shall be looking that one up for sure!!
Well done to your sister Linda, will it feel strange for you having your sister on board, can’t ever imagine working with my sister !!
Looking forward to the Gatineau tsv, tell me do the tan Accelerating lotion really work, espically for some one like me who has milk bottle white skin.
To finish my spooky experience i had a visit from the grand-daughter of Alice yesterday she wanted to show her husband the farm house that she remembered so well, she had the most amazing time here as a child, they now live in America, they buried poor Alice yesterday.
It was really lovely to meet her, i wasn’t brave enough to tell her of that strange night!!
I wonder if i will live here for sixty years!! (Probably wouldn’t live that long!!lol)
Glad you survived the babysitting!! I will be on duty Saturday night for my sister-in-law two boys!! At least i can watch qvc when they finally go to bed.
    Take care
Michelle in yet again windy Wales

Hey yelena – so lovely to have a comment from you on here! thanks so much!
Yes I bloody love Center Parcs – one of my favourite places! Rocker Nigel and I are looking forward to it immensely – he’s one of those guys that’s not scared to have a go at the rope swing events and so on and we’re taking our bikes so it’ll be an activity-packed week for sure! and knowing my luck, yes it’ll be log-fire weather! That’ll be cosy tho!
Yes the yogi fringe thing was more catwalk than QVC for sure – I thought she’d just give it some root lift instead of an 80’s flick! hehe!
glad craigy’s one of your faves too – he’s one of my BFF’s! him and Jilly Halliday amongst others!

michelle – yes they absolutely do work! for me anyway! Obviously you have to actually USE them! and if you do, for two weeks each night on all areas, before you go away and whilst and after you’re away, (plus your obvious high spf’s) you may be pleasantly surprised! Remind me on facebook and I’ll also tell you about the supplement I take – L-tyrosine – to further help.d
    ps hope babysitting went well!

Louise – yes it was a casual and co maxi/ long dress! there are lots on offer even though that one has mostly sold out I think! (153714)
It’s lined and has adjustable straps, whereas some of the other long/maxi ones are not lined and have either stretchy straps or non-adjustable ones – but most have the elasticated section at the back making it comfy!
thanks for asking and glad you like it!
