July Pick of the Month: Judith Williams Magic Make-up

6

Judith Williams Magic Make Up 50mlWe have our first pick of the month with Judith Williams in July – Magic Make-up in the super size. This normally comes in a 30ml tube at £19.00 plus £2.95 P&P. As Beauty Pick of the Month, this is coming in a 50ml tube at £23.64 with free P&P so this offer is fantastic value for this month only.

This has been a top-seller ever since we launched it a few years ago, during which time there has been many a month when it has been out of stock due to its popularity. It is a hybrid between a primer, a skin perfector and a tint.

It blurs the imperfections on the skin rather than completely concealing them or hiding them like a foundation. It also has a very unusual texture which leaves a silky, almost velvety smooth finish to the touch.

If you are searching for a quick and easy way to look both less made-up and younger, then the Magic Make-up will be perfect for you. If you need full coverage or you are porcelain pale or darkest African/Caribbean, then this will not be right for you. This is a one colour that fits most, and it works best through the fair, medium and honey/tan skin tones.

A top tip is to apply with skincare first as usual, make sure it has sunk in, so wait a few minutes if required and then massage this onto the skin for an instant smoother, colour-corrected glow.
If you want to follow with a little concealer or use as a base for a flick of mineral make-up or finishing powder, you can. So it can be versatile but only for those of you wanting a light to medium finish make-up, as it will not go further and deliver any level of coverage.

Apply Magic Make-up on the days when you want a more relaxed, healthy, soft finish to the skin.

Am I best to use a primer first before applying magic make-up or will this alter the process?

mmm.. awaiting this product to come but have read some reviews and beginning to think it may not be suitable for what i thought it would be..seems its more of a tinted cover than foundation… and as i have tried tinted covers before i found they dont cover enough blemishes for me…looks like i will have to return it aarrhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hi, received the Magic make-up and was extremely disappointed.I have large open pores on my nose, this make-up made the pores more obvious it just caked into the pores and I also had a light white powdery film on my face.I found coverage poor.
