July so far – in pictures!

12

Hello! Hope you are well and thanks so much for reading my blog. I am actually writing this from the Greek Island of Lefkada where I am doing a week of yoga, so just a quickie blog this time, all told in pictures!

My ‘baby’ sister Elovene (AKA Ellie) turned 40 on 1st July – sadly I wasn’t able to be in Bristol to celebrate with her but my brother-in-law Steve made sure I got lots of photo updates.

I am so proud of my sister and everything she has achieved in life as well as being a wonderful mother, sister, daughter and wife. As she just gave birth to little Ava-Rose a couple of weeks ago she just wanted a little celebration but has said a belated trip to Marbella is on her wish list, sounds good to me!

The presenter team at QVC said goodbye to our beloved Presenter Manager Paul just over a week ago.

We have all worked with him for many years first as a TV director and then as our manager. We will all miss him very much but happy he has gone off to enjoy his retirement – Paul if you are reading this, thanks for your support, motivation and guidance over the years, you’re the best!

Did a little daytrip to Whitstable last week, had never been there before and was blessed with good weather, I am wearing my latest pair of Vionic trainers, so comfy to walk in all day!

Last week in my Eat, Taste, Love show I worked with Tiana for the first time on-air, I have been enjoying their coconut goodness and coconut oil products for years but had never tried their coconut water. OMG, its amazing! If you want to stay hydrated, you are sporty or just love getting your thirst quenched you must check out their waters. I adore the original green coconut water but must admit the passion fruit variety is also absolutely delicious. I have a feeling I might need to keep a stock of these in the fridge!

I have also been spending some time recently getting my photos sorted; I have a feeling my computer is about to give up the ghost as I have had it for nine years so I am slowly but surely getting the photos backed up to my hard drive and then uploading to the cloud for extra piece of mind. I found this one of my friend Emma and I circa 1997, such a cute photo isn’t it, where does the time go?!

And finally… This is me now writing in the Greek sunshine, thank goodness for my Fitovers!

I will be back next week ready for a busy few days of shows including Benefit, L’Occitane (with a fab TSV) and the BIG tech TSV that everyone is waiting for: the Amazon Kindle, more next week.

Til then, lots of love and big hugs
Craig xx

Hi Susan – haha, I know, I do feel like king of the holidays at the moment! Unusually for me I have done 3 trips in quite close succession, not sure I would do that again as I think its better to spread them apart a little. Am back now and looking forward to getting stuck back into work. Yes, so proud of my little sister! Lots of love, Craig xx

Really enjoyed your presentation today of my favourite L Oxitane products. Teo Christmas presents bought as my grandaughters love them as much as I do

      Hey Pauline!

Sorry for the delay. Know it’s a little late but glad you enjoyed the show (always lovely to hear!) and stocked up on Christmas pressies! Xx

Hi Craig, your sister is stunningly beautiful. I love your little blogs and your presenting style. You always seem so genuine. I like the Tiana stuff but being from Caribbean I can’t get into any type of coconut water that isn’t fresh from the nut! As a child I would drink gallons of the stuff along with the jelly. I’m glad Europeans are now getting into the joys of coconuts! Happy Days.

      Hi Julia,

Thanks so much for your message and sorry for the delay with my reply.

Thanks for your kind words, always good to hear and yeah my Sister is beautiful isn’t she.

Mmm yes, it truly is delicious drinking it straight from the coconut! Great that others can now experience the wonderful taste!

      Thanks and take care.

      Craig x
