Customarily, the new year brings a plethora of good intentions. Whether we decide this will be the year we finally make it to our dream travel destination, the year we take up a new hobby or skill, or the year we’ll spend a little bit more time on ourselves.
A good few of us decide, after the last Quality Street has been consumed, to take better care of our health. This takes many different forms for all us: maybe you want to improve your diet or include a health-supporting supplement. Perhaps you want to drop a few pounds, get fit or improve your mobility, or even do a bit of a lifestyle overhaul.
