Hi everyone,
Well here we are plodding through January, desperately trying to get back into the swing of things, with Christmas becoming a far and distant memory.
I hope you all had a great time over Christmas and I hope the new year brings you good health and lots of fun and laughter. I do think we need a little cheering up in January, it is a bit of a doom and gloom month after all, so I think we should give ourselves permission for a little treat or three.
I had a lovely family Christmas and then after a few days at QVC, went to Dublin for New Year to see Jedward in pantomime (oh yes I did!). We had a fantastic time and I loved Dublin, it's a great city. The kids thought Jedward were amazing and Hubby loved the Guinness so everyone was happy.
Unfortunately the new year started with a few car problems. Firstly someone backed into me in the supermarket car park leaving some lovely scrapes of bright blue paint on the front of my car. Then, earlier this week, on my way home from QVC at 3am, my car broke down! Luckily I was on the phone to Debbie Flint at the time who kept me company for a while whilst I waited for the breakdown service to arrive. I eventually got home at 5am on the back of a tow truck.
What a glamorous life I lead!
Much love,
Jillyxxxx
