We want to apologise for any problems you may have experienced when ordering through QVCUK.com over the past couple of days. We understand how inconvenient this is for you all, but want to reassure you that we are making every effort to get this resolved as soon as possible. We have found that the problem is more complex than we thought which is why it's taking us longer to resolve than we would like.
We also appreciate that many of you were disappointed that you weren't able to enter our competition (Beauty Day prize draw), so with this in mind anyone who purchased a beauty item on Saturday (by any order platform) will be entered into the draw.
Also as a gesture of goodwill, we will now be offering two prizes instead of one (full details of the second prize will follow shortly). We'd like to wish you the very best of luck in our competition draw.
