Issues with ordering on on Beauty Day


We’re sorry for any problems you may have experienced when ordering through on Beauty Day. We understand how inconvenient this may have been.

Many of you are concerned that you weren’t entered into the prize draw as our online ordering was down. We will extend our prize draw to all ordering methods – so anyone who purchased a beauty item yesterday will be entered.

We will also be offering a second prize draw to all customers who purchased a beauty item yesterday or who purchases today via any method. For all of you who couldn’t take advantage of our Easy Pay offers yesterday, these have been extended online today as well.

Once again, we'd like to say how sorry we are for any inconvenience we have caused.

    This was exactly what happened last beauty day. I really think it needs sorting out now. Why wasn’t it sorted last time? It’s so annoying and inconvenient. Why don’t you just make the draw available to everyone who puchases an item however they do it instead of after the event saying that this is what is happening. Would be much easier and less stressfull for everyone.

    I also agree with the above poster. This does seem to happen on Beauty Day time after time.

    Not happy!! I ordered online so that I could be entered into the draw and missed out on easy pay. Now I find out I could have ordered online on easy pay AND get entered into the draw if I had done it today!!!!!

    I agree with Rebecca’s comments..
    It was impossible to order anything and I could not even access my account online to check if any of part of the order had gone through.
    It was only this morning that I could confirm that none of my orders went through… Have ordered this afternoon but I am on a waitlist :-(

    I bought the Decleor Cleanser yesterday via the red button but it appears NOT to have gone through on 4 easy pays as all on air items were supposed to be. Surely all ways of ordering should have been set up for this prior to the event if everything was supposed to be on 4 easy pays?

    I tried to order on Sunday online but couldn’t due to the problems so ordered via qcut. The draw should be made available to all customers who bought beauty products on Sunday regardless to what method they ordered! Got an email today to say due to problems you could today order beauty day products on easy pay, decided to order a kit, but when I got to the checkout easy pay not offered even tho I went through the easy pay beauty buys! QVC get this sorted out it is so frustrating! As a previous customer said this should have been sorted out after last times beauty day fiasco!

    Maybe i was lucky, but I had no trouble at all ordering on line. My orders went through without a problem.

    I ordered 3 items at different times of the day yesterday and a couple of times my order would not go through and like another customer mentioned I couldn’t access my account to see if the order had been placed. I persevered and eventually the orders did go through and one that originally said waitlist only was in stock later when I tried so apart from the delay I guess it worked in my favour.

    I did have problems on the last beauty day, but not on this one, orders went through fine on easy pay, on line and through red button! Didnt know about the draw but hey ho if I was lucky enough not to have problems, then maybe I shouldnt be in the draw!

    Yes it was very frustrating,I ended up ordering same Item twice,I rang customer service then e-mailed them about it,I did get it sorted in the end and they are so polite.!

    I’m convinced I ordered Decleor OTO but when I found out about the Beauty Day problems I went to check and it wasn’t on my account page. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.
