I’m loving the snow in London

Craig with his snowy car Hello, hope you're all well and keeping warm and safe in this cold weather.

As you've probably seen on the news we've had the biggest snowfall in nearly 20 years down here in London. What an amazing experience it's been – I've never seen anything like it!

The whole of the city seemed to grind to a halt; no buses, no trains, no way A car buried under the London snow of getting out on the road in the car and even most flights cancelled. There was the most incredible sense of calm everywhere you went, and the whole world looked like a beautiful cake that had been perfectly iced!

The highlight of my day was a trip to Hampstead Heath where someone very kindly lent me their sledge so I could race down the hill at breakneck speed! It felt like Craig out in the snow on Hampstead Heath every child was off school and had headed there too. There were crowds of people out having fun – sledging, building snowmen and having snowball fights.

Here's a pic of me in the midst of the snowball fight – what an action shot!

So, did you have much snow where you live? Let me know what your day was like and what you got up to!

Keep warm and I'll see you all soon!

Lots of love,
Craig. xx.

    Hi Joanne
Poor you, not getting any snow 🙁 Mind you, not eveybody likes the snow so I guess many people feel they had a lucky escape.
What’s it like living by the coast? That’s what I would love to do over the next couple of years, I love London but I think I am a coastal boy at heart!
