But I’m not about to lose control… in fact, I’m more in control of certain areas of my life than I’ve ever been! And, as the song goes, I think I like it!
So what’s got me hyped up and feeling in control? Well, I am thrilled to have not only lost weight but have maintained it even with Christmas and New Year naughtiness literally under my belt! Many of you know I have dropped quite a few dress sizes and stones since last summer and you’ve been eager to learn more…
The wait is almost over as health and fitness guru, Christianne Wolff, will be joining me on the 9am QVC Morning Show on Friday, January 16th, and we will be bringing you her brilliant book. The press have been raving about it, too! This has been the key to my life changing results and I can’t wait to share it with you.
I have used many different weight loss systems in my time. I had some great results from them, too. Never before, though, have I found a plan which felt so suited to me. I love that I’m not counting calories or worrying about portion control. I really enjoy the food as it’s so yummy and I can really tuck in. In the past I’ve gone on weight loss journeys with a short term goal in sight and then returned to my old ways of takeaways and treats.
With this plan I have discovered a whole new way of living and eating which will see me through to the end of my days! I’m still allowed treats and days off but having changed my palate I’m now less keen to eat some of the old bad foods I used to binge on. Many of my colleagues have also started seeing great results on the plan, too!
It’s not all about the food, though. There is exercise involved but it’s not crazy. I work out three times a week for about half an hour a time. Once you make the decision to change your life it becomes so much easier. Because Christianne understands how relevant your mindset is in relation to weight loss, she has included mindset meditations which are helpful and relaxing.

My journey with Christianne began on July 16th so the debut of the book will be exactly six months on from then! I’m so delighted with what I’ve achieved and how much better I feel! For a start, I usually get colds every few months and haven’t had one since I’ve been eating so much more healthily. I’m not saying I won’t ever have one again, but I do feel I’m more resilient all round. I couldn’t be happier and it’s all become second nature to me now even though the first couple of weeks took a little getting used to.
My advice is to commit 100% if you decide to try it. Unless you’re willing to make the decision to commit to your own wellbeing I don’t think this, or any other system for that matter, will work for you. It’s not magic. It’s clean, honest, common sense from one of the most in demand personal trainer nutritionists around, and it really, really works if you commit to following it.
