Freesat are carrying out technical work on all four of our QVC channels this week. If you experience any issues watching QVC (such as our channels missing from the TV guide), your Freesat box may require a rescan.
To do this, put your Freesat box or Freesat TV into standby for 30 seconds and then switch it back on again. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, you’ll need to do a quick ‘Freesat channel scan’. Instructions for this can be found in your product manual or you can call Freesat directly on 0345 313 0051 for further assistance.
If you do perform a Freesat channel scan, it’s worth making a note of your scheduled recordings and resetting them once the scan is complete to be sure you don’t miss out.
