I can’t wait for my first Weekend Kitchen show!

Craig working hard in the sun Hi everyone, hope you're all well!

As you read this I'll be basking in the sun (hopefully!) in Wales with my folks before I head back to London to present my first ever Weekend Kitchen show – I'm so excited and I can't wait to get cooking!

To get myself ready I've been and had another break at my friend's place in the Languedoc. You may remember that last time it was more of a working "holiday" than a rest, so I put my foot down this time!

That said, I've still helped out on the tidying up front – here's a lovely pic of me shifting a wheelbarrow full of grass, weeds and brambles that we'd cleared away. We also built a path using limestone from the local quarry.

Craig takes a break! But it wasn't all work, work, work, thank goodness!  We also took some time out to enjoy the thermal waters of Rennes-les-Bains. The one thing I still have to do is visit and old friend who lives near Toulouse who I haven't seen in six years – doesn't time fly?!!

So anyway, more about the Weekend Kitchen! Be sure you tune in at 10am on Saturday morning to catch me presenting the show for the first time. As you know, I'm very much into my food, so it's pretty much my dream show!

I'd love to hear from you during the hour, so please email any questions, comments or challenges to ukstudio@qvc.com and I'll name-check you on the air!

Can't wait to see you all on Saturday!
Love,
Craig. xx.

    Craig,
I know this has come to late for your Weekend Kitchen show but can you ask who ever plans them to show some more vegetarian-friendly dishes? I actually eat fish too, but notice that there are few suggestions shown for veggies! Love that show and hope that is becomes a regular.

Hello Craig, I was very envious when I looked at those great summer pictures, where is the beautiful dog from last time? Your water feature photo looks as if you are in the jungle in South America perhaps researching Ojon. The one thing always to be sure of is that you will be enjoying life.I missed your cookery show, Saturday is hectic, its the one day I cant sit down and enjoy a relaxing few hours watching QVC,not complaining I enjoy being taken around to do some shopping(food).Watched the hour with Jan, she is a lovely lady who could teach us all a lot about gold. Keep on smiling,
    Marg.

    hi Marg
Thanks for your message and your comments on the photos :-)
The beautiful dog is called Toothpick and is my friend Anthonys’ dog who lives in the Languedoc in France. He is a wonderful creature, very calm.
Shame you can’t join me on Saturday for the Weekend Kitchen but I understand you have things to do. I am on QVC lots during the week too so hope to see you soon.
    Lots of love Marg,
    Craig
    xx
