How to make classic Italian dishes from QVC Italy


We are exploring different foods from around the world and this week we are teaming up with QVC Italy to bring you some top tips on how to make classic Italian dishes.

400g spaghetti (about 16 ounces)
80g"guaniciale" (bacon) (about 3 ounces, 1 slice bacon = 1 oz.)
4 eggs
A whole garlic clove
Grated pecorino romano cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper

Cooking directions:
While the water is boiling for the pasta, fry the bacon with the garlic clove in its skin in extra virgin olive oil. Then, beat the eggs with the pecorino romano cheese . Drain the pasta, spaghetti pasta al dente. Mix all together in a large bowl . Put on a large plate and serve topped with pecorino romano sprinkled on top and a little ground pepper ("That is an Italian secret") and Buon Apetito.
