Hello, it's been a busy week for me.
My new year is still going really well. I'm on a bit of a health mission right now – I'm heading to the gym two to three times a week (granted, when I'm there I chat a great deal to a friend of mine – but at least I'm going!). Also, my eating has improved – I have porridge at breakfast, lots of fruit during the day, juices and more veg (I won't mention the chocolate and crisps which creep in every now and then!)
If you're trying to give up smoking or are on a special 2010 diet I wish you all the luck. I know it can be a challenge at times but just keep focusing on that goal!
Other than the gym and healthy eating I don't really have any New Year resolutions. Although, I was thinking this year could be the year I take up sky diving! Only kidding! Years ago I did a bungee jump – oh my word, I've never been so scared in my life. There I was, hundreds of feet in the air, ready to jump, and putting all my faith in a piece of elastic – never again! But, the adrenalin rush was out of this world. What's the most extreme thing you've done? I'd love to know.
