Do forgive me, I had every intention of writing this blog sooner to wish you a Happy New Year but I kind of lost myself in my new flat, spending days and hours unpacking, clearing boxes, doing the post-Christmas sort out etc. I am also clearing years of old papers and filings – things which have been on the to-do list for ages and it feels great to finally get them done!
So, how was your Christmas and New Year? Mine was wonderful! Christmas was busy as I was working at QVC every day apart from Christmas Day. I really enjoy it – the atmosphere is such fun! I also had time with friends who made the scrummiest dinner, and my family stayed a few days too. I adore spending time with my nieces, so hope you like the pics!
I’m so excited about the week ahead at QVC! On Friday morning, it’s the long awaited arrival of Christianne Wolff and her book “Body Rescue“. Catherine Huntley has had the most amazing results, and as a good friend of hers, I can honestly say she is a different person – not only does she look different but she has such an air of confidence and vitality about her!
I also read the book and incorporated some of the techniques that Christianne speaks about. I even did the two week detox part of her programme, as well as some mindset stuff (I’ve lost two inches off my waist and kept them off even over Christmas!). I think it has also showed how much I emotionally eat and how I can change that. I plan to do the full 12-week programme in the spring! You must tune in if you are serious about getting healthier, slimmer or just looking to improve your quality of live in 2015.
Finally, it’s also the long awaited arrival of premium bed brand Comfortaire at QVC this Sunday 18th January. I am SOOO excited about launching this range at 12pm.
I can honestly say I have never slept in a bed so comfortable or have had such incredible sleep the first night I slept in it. It was the first night in years I slept without waking up once!!
Take a look at my video here where I tell you more….
Thanks for reading my blog and do leave a comment below, in particular I would love to know what your hopes and dreams are for 2015. Go on spill the beans!
Big, big hugs,
