I hope you’ve all enjoyed / survived the festive season and found some cheer, one way or another!
Here comes the New Year, and with it, the opportunity to remember the ability we have to shape it or change it as we wish, if we believe we can.
I am re-pledging one of my New Year’s Resolutions from last year – to go to bed a bit earlier! I am quite a night owl, and find it very easy – even after a hugely busy day – to be buzzing with ideas and inspiration late on, but find it can really take its toll the next day!
So building in recovery time, combined with some basic and simple healthy choices of fitness and eating, has to be in there for me this year! I started running with a friend in Hyde Park, which was an unexpected pleasure. Watching the seasons change, so vividly, right in the middle of London was wonderful.
