I hope you had a magical Christmas and that 2012 has got off to a fine start for you. We had a lovely time and a rather unconventional New Year's Eve 'Eve' do as I knew I would be working on New Year's Day and wanted to be fresh for Zumba-ing! I'm sure the neighbours must have thought my calendar was faulty with 'Auld lang syne' and fireworks coming from the house 24 hours early! It was great fun, though, and a really nice early start to the new year.
I have LOVED my first week of my new healthy year. I have used Diet Chef for just one week now and am seeing, feeling and weighing the difference already, just as i knew I would. I am also delighted to be incorporating Zumba into my routine. I'm drinking plenty of water, eating fresh fruit and veg, and adding EasiYo yogurt into my daily life. I genuinely feel better even though I'm only one week into my new plan!
