Finally the weather is giving us a taste of spring and we have with that also had a taste of spring/summer fashion both here at QVC, but also of course it’s been London Fashion week and for those who have been interested, there are pictures all over the internet and plenty to see and be inspired by going into the next season.
Last week however I decided to take a look and see what is in store for autumn/winter (…I know!) and so I went to Kensington Olympia and visited Pure, one of the largest fashion trade events in Europe where brands both greater and lesser known tout their wares to potential retailers large and small.
It was a wonderful opportunity to see what is coming our way, particularly as I spotted a number of brands that we have here at QVC. Pia Rossini is a relatively new brand to us however as you can see, they are well established and have wonderful accessories (I LOVE their hats!!!) so it’ll be exciting to see what we have from their collection here at QVC.
I also bumped into some QVC friends, including Maxine from Bibi Bijoux. I had a ball as she tried various pieces of jewellery on me, and of course we had a good catch up too! I adore Bibi style, I was wearing it before it came to QVC well over 10 years ago now and I’ve been thrilled to see it grow from strength to strength.
And just as we were about to leave, as the sun shone through the glass roof and began to melt us, I bumped into Michael Waterman, designer of Loverocks who had a humungus display of gorgeous pieces which I know you will love to be wearing come Christmas!
So, whilst we are all enjoying opening our windows and stepping into spring, rest assured that there is loads ahead to look forward to!
Happy spring cleaning!!
Oh and by the way, the Onjenu jumpsuit I mentioned on air yesterday is behind me in the first pic… I’m hoping we will see it on QVC soon!!!
