Watch our Christmas dinner mini series with Green Seasons

The first decoration going up, the first Christmas card received, the first festive song you hear on the radio.

There are a number of annual events we all see as the official start to the Christmas countdown.

For us, it’s the arrival of the Green Seasons Festive Hamper, available now with free P&P and in two sizes (3.3kg or 5.3kg).

This impressive collection of organic, British meat sorts out your Christmas dinner and more, in one fell swoop. You get an assortment of delicious meat, including succulent turkey breast, beef and gammon joints, plus mouth-watering (and essential) trimmings.

To help you conquer this incredible offer, we caught up with Chef Michael, for some expert tips on how to prepare your meat and master your traditional side dishes too.

First, here’s Michael’s top three tips for an easier Christmas day:

  1. Use foil baking trays instead of your normal metal or ceramic ones
  2. Prep your veg the day before
  3. Always serve your food on warm plates. If you don’t have the space in the oven, use your dishwasher

And now, pen and paper at the ready, for thorough note-taking is about to ensue. Sit back and enjoy our Green Seasons Christmas mini series, with handy tips to ensure you do your hamper proud.
