Well I've been told to 'go fly a kite' on so many occasions that I thought I should try. I have a weekend booked to go to Malaga, and then on to the kite surfing capital, Tarifa, in Europe, with my brother and brother-in-law.
We're off next month and as only one of us, not me, has tried it before, it should be quite comical. We're also all in our forties (late) and not as fit as we used to be with various bad backs and other assorted injuries to complain about. We're having some difficulty trying to get ourselves into shape and also working out how to get from Malaga airport to Tarifa.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear or indeed if anyone has any suggestions on how to avoid serious injury… I’d love to hear about that. As long as I know the Spanish for Ibuprofen, then I’m sure I can get by!
Midlife crisis I hear you cry! Go fly a kite!!
