Glen started his working life as a hairdresser with Vidal Sassoon. His TV break came in 1991 when he was chosen to be the stylist on the Calendar Fashion Show. He stayed for two years and rose to the position of presenter. Granada TV gave him his own fashion series, Passion. Then Glen then joined ITV's This Morning becoming the show's celebrity interviewer for top stars like Woody Allen. He worked with Sara Cox on Fashion Snoopers, before joining QVC to share his in-depth fashion knowledge.

I like old movies - Bare Foot in the Park is probably my favourite.

If I had two choices I'd choose Life of Pi and The Catcher in the Rye.

Yes, three.

Cooking, exercising, watching movies and drinking good wine and beer!
What's the first record you ever bought?
The Jungle Book! I was ten years old...
What's your idea of a perfect weekend?
Lots of beer on the Friday night, a long lie-in and then I'd cook an interesting breakfast - Eggs Benedict or something. Working after the 12th-year birthday party. I'd just come in fresh-faced for an early show but I think some of the other presenters were a little bit merry! It was a fun show!

A portable DVD player, my family and a cooking knife.

Hi Glenn I have watched you since This morning and was surprise to see you in QVC you are doing an excellent job keep it up !!!... just to make a point though ... I have never seen oriental ladies modelling clothes or make up demonstration ever since I started watching QVC since 1995. As you may have guessed I am an oriental lady who represent far eastern community i.e. Chinese, Filipino, Indonesian , Malaysian, Korean, Japanese and when we chat amongst us its a point of discussion as if we felt that we are not respresented properly here in the UK.... Its been in my mind since Judy and Richard "This Morning" and now Gok and Myleene is in the fashion scene and still no oriental models .. always Black,Indian community - nothing against them , but we have not been in the spot light considering that there are a lot oriental nurses who I believe are your potential customers. So please lets see some Orientals made even more beautiful than they naturally are and make us some clothes that are appropriate for our petite figure ...Many Thanks

Dear Glen, PLEASE HELP! I bought a pair of RYKA Leather cross sports sandles in ivory, Size6. (product No: 133500.) I have constantly and repeatedly tried to re order but to no avail. They were only £17.64 a few years ago and the most comfortable 'second skin' sandles I have ever had the pleasure to wear. QVC Uk say they do not have them. And QVC US have them but they say they cant post them from America to England!! I desperately want to buy more of these amazing sandles. (The QVC US No is A51047 $36.50 Size 8M) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WILL YOU HELP.
Yours hopefully
Lesley

Hi Glen
Would you please try and persuade QVC to put the the size charts up on the screen like they often do for the TSV. I am hard of hearing and often miss the sizes or they are left so late, or said so quickly the garment has sold out. I know I can see most of them on the internet but that isn't always convenient.
Get well soon
Jo

Hi Glen
I will be attending a graduation ceremony in September and need something smart to wear with my dark blue gown (yellow trim). A shirt with buttons is best because it holds the hood properly, but I don't want to wear a really boring masculine suit and shirt. Any ideas for style/colours? What's on trend for someone of my age (49)? I'm 5ft 3in, blonde, size 12-14 and usually wear trousers / long skirts but would consider anything. Have some fab comfy black patent power heel sandals I'd quite like to wear. My first graduation in my 20s was a fashion nightmare, so I'd really like to get it right this time.

Hi Glen
I am having great difficulty in finding jeans to fit me, even though I would say I am average height and build, being 5ft 7inch and between sizes 14 and 16. The high street jeans
(per una for example)say that they fit the natural waist but not in my case, and never high enough in the rise and therefore too small around the hips. Casual and Co are ideal for me in a medium, waist 30inch and hips 42inch.(item no 134423) Would the Diane Gilman range be suitable for me? (item no 139876)and if so do these jeans sit on the waist? The medium is shown as a 33.5inch waist, but no hip measurement is given and there is not a video clip to watch.
Many Thanks
Julia

Hi Glen,
When oh when are you going to start mens clothing shows?
Can I suggest that shirts, leisure wear, outdoor and jackets would be a good start.
I understand that QVC USA offer mens clothing, why not here?
Kind regards,
David.

Hi Glen
Any chance we could have some shorter models showing the clothes as I am barely 5' and your tall models-whilst beautiful do not give me a sense of what they could look like on me and whether I could alter them to fit.
Many thanks

Hi Glen,
Watched you on Centigrade Fashion today when a caller asked if your could start selling petite sizes. Please, please put this request forward. I am 5ft in height and size 12. I have to return many clothing items are they are too long in length and sleeve. I would love to buy Dennis Basso, Centigrade, Kim & Co but they are made for women 5ft 6in in height. Please help us smaller women.
Thanks
