G: Are you looking forward to coming to QVC?

I am so happy to be given this new opportunity at QVC. I have made some wonderful friends here who have always championed my work and enthusiasm.

G: Have you been a guest before?

I have been a guest presenter many times now... my new line is Wearable Art by Bob Mackie which is getting a real following. I have to say I enjoy working with all the presenters - everyone has a different approach and it's nice to be able to bounce off that. I have to say though... I do have a soft spot for Pipa. We are quite similar in our style and instantly clicked the first time we were on air together.

Yes I can't wait - I love working at QVC, it's such a great team. 

G: Have you been a guest before?

For five years I've been a guest for Kim & Co when the designer can't make it over from Canada, and most recently for Katherine Kirkwood. I always look forward to working with the stylists on new season trends, it's great fun.

G: Are you looking forward to coming to QVC?

I absolutely love coming to QVC, it's like a home from home to me. There is always a great atmosphere, both on set and behind the scenes. I love working on the fashion events as they're great fun and can really inspire everyone to try different styles or wear colours they haven't tried before.

My birthday and The Great QVC Summer Sale

Hi all you fashion lovers,

Monday the 27th July is a big day, not only is it my 48th birthday but more importantly for you it's The Great QVC Summer Sale!

Last year I celebrated my birthday at Jamie Oliver's lovely restaurant 15 at Watergate Bay, Cornwall.  Check out the Campbell clan and friends outside the restaurant (top left) - as you can see black was the chosen fashion statement for all the girls! I'll let you know what they opt for this year.

Back to the sale - the day kicks off with Michele Hope, mix into that a spattering of Nina Leonard some wardrobe essentials from Casual & Co as well as the ladies favourite Kim & Co.

Their will be a full hour dedicated to your feet with Shopping for Shoes, and the day will be wrapped up by Beth Terrell. At which point hopefully (back injury allowing), I will be sipping cocktails after a fabulous seafood meal at Porthminster Beach Café in St Ives, one of my most favourite places to be.

G: Tell us a little about yourself...

C: I love my family and I am proud to have my 5th grandchild born this July. I love to see the next generation of my family grow, play and enjoy each other. My best weekends are when my son and daughter bring their families together in my home.

Do you have a great way of keeping cool? Or a special way of packing for holidays?

Or do you have a favourite summer dress that’s travelled the world with you, or the most amazing beach cover-up that you can’t live without? I have a pair of shorts that have visited LA, Singapore, Jamaica Cornwall and more in the last 15 years and they still look good! Value for money I'd say!

So whether it's how you accessorise for summer or your favourite footwear for the beach, I want to know.

How to dress for the garden party season

Hi all,

With Wimbledon in full swing and the garden party under way, it’s all about looking chic and stylish while being comfortable and relaxed at the same time. Florals are just perfect for this time of year as they are pretty, feminine and are suitable for all occasions.
