We're well into holiday season, and if you're lucky enough to be jetting off you'll have the dreaded packing to face first. Here are a few of my top tips for sensible packing, so you're not struggling with a heavy case.

Lightweight summer dresses are a must as you can wear them during the day and in the evening too. One-piece dressing takes the stress out of choosing what to wear, so dresses are just perfect for summer holidays. We've been very busy at QVC recently launching lots of new fashion brands! The latest one is an American line called SC Fashions by Sara Campbell, and I caught up with Sara to find out more...

G: Are you looking forward to coming to QVC UK?
S: Yes, I'm very excited about introducing the SC by Sara Campbell brand to our friends across the pond!

G: Tell us a little about your fashion.
S: The SC line was created especially for the QVC customer, the sophisticated woman that wants something special in her everyday wardrobe - everything from dresses to sportswear. We use great quality fabrics with exclusive weaves and textures along with incredible trims and buttons.

My accident...

Hi there,

I thought I would let you all know about my eventful day at QVC on Thursday. About 20 seconds before going live for my 2 o'clock appearance with Debbie Greenwood and Michele hope, I managed to trip myself up resulting in a twisted knee, jarred collarbone and a twisted back leaving me flat out on the ground.

Debbie being the true professional she is started the show whilst watching me being attended to by the floor staff. Paramedics Chris and Zoe arrived to take me to hospital to be checked over. On the way to hospital I was chatting with Chris who is a keen fan of QVC and really knew his stuff about DIY.


Hopefully I will be back with you very soon, but in the meantime happy shopping.

Brighten up for summer!

Hi everyone,

The dizzy heights of summer are just around the corner, so now is the time to go crazy with colour and print. Tomorrow and Friday you will be able to treat yourself to some fab accessories and beautiful bold and exciting pieces from the likes of Butler and Wilson, Birkenstock and Michele hope.

Think Hawaii-style printed lace kaftans with sequined embellishment by Michele Hope, glamorous floral necklace and earring sets from B&W and bright fuchsia pink Birkenstocks.

Tomorrow's TSV is a gorgeous floral B&W necklace and earring set that is just perfect for summer. And on Friday we have a fabulous Birkenstock TSV - not to be missed trust me!

So to sum up, let’s all embrace print and colour as I did last weekend in sitting in the garden!
