I've noticed you've been posting a lot of questions on the Style File, so I've done my best to answer them for you. As I've had so many, I'm going to answer half today and the rest tomorrow.
A lot of you have asked for more petite ranges - rest assured I'm going to talk to our fashion buyers and see what we can do for you.
Evelyn Little: I'm a very difficult size to fit. I've expanded to a 2XL and I'm 5ft nothing with my shoes on - a really wee rolly polly. The trousers I buy have to be altered and this is expensive. Please QVC buyers have a word with the makers and ask them if they can make two lengths in trousers their usual 31" and small leg of 28" for us wee tots.
I have passed your request on to the fashion buyers Evelyn. In the mean time, a good brand for you to try would be Warmspun - it's a relatively new range, but their clothes are made from high-quality, luxury yarns and feature really nice drapes. Their clothes are really comfy, soft and flattering.
Merl Johnson: My problems is I cannot find any jeans to fit, my waist is 30" and my thighs 45" any suggestion? Love the fashion tips you give on QVC, keep up the good work.
Thanks for the lovely compliment Merl. I think you should consider A-line skirts - they will be much more flattering on your figure and create a nice shape by fitting nicely on your waist and skimming your hips. Have a look through our skirt selection to find something you like.
Lesley: I'm only 4'10" and size 8-10. During the day, I work at a pre-school, normally wearing jeans and an unglamourous sweatshirt! I like to feel comfortable and cosy and like most women I try to hide my bum, belly and thighs!! Skirts tend to make me look dumpy!! Any suggestions to get out of a 'rut' and aim to become a super trendy 50 yr old for December 2009!!!!!!
Check out the Tiana B range - the dresses are on-trend and bursting with colour, bold prints and flattering shapes. If you're a bit worried about hiding lumps and bumps go for a black dress and brighten it up with colourful accessories. The dresses are comfy enough to work in, but will definitely get you out of your fashion rut!
You could also have a look at Print Fusion - its a new range that's great for spring and summer. It offers a mix of bright colours and more muted shades that will instantly update your look.
For trousers, go for cropped, soft linen blends from Casual & Co as they should work with your height and figure.
Laura Neel: As I am 5ft 10in tall, I'm probably the same height as your models but much fuller figured. Why then are the clothes so much shorter when I receive them? Do you have specially longer length garments made up for the shows?
No, we don't have longer-length garments for the models, they wear samples from the ranges. If you let customer services know about the specific items you've had problems with, I'm sure they would be happy to help.
Carol Ann white: I love the 'Country Casuals' style clothes, any chance of showing something of this brand in any future shows? I am in my late 50s and prefer a more structured style of clothing.
Unfortunately we won't be showcasing Country Casuals, but the Alice Collins range is similiar. Alice does some great softly structured pieces that can be mixed and matched with the rest of your wardrobe.

Glen, this is a question rather than a comment.
On your "get georgeous" trailer for this weekend 15,16 & 17th May. The one that features "birkenstock" and "Kim & Co" - the model is wearing a beautiful Turquoise top soft pleats at neckline and a satin tie detail at the bottom. I've been looking everywhere for a top like this and I would be eternally grateful if you can tell me where I could get it. Please..please ...please

P.S looked everywhere on the QVC website for it and it doesn't seem to be there.Ali

Please Glen will you ask all the lovely presenters to give the sizes of garments ASAP especially when there is a one time only.As you see, sizing re Indigo Moon(my favorite)varies 1xl- 50 -49-48 & 2xl- 54-53-52 as I am a 50ins it makes a great deal of difference from looking good to being too tight or too big.I now have 70 jackets but would have had more if I had not had to return the the wrong sizing & with one time onlies you cannot get them again & sometimes if ordering other items it becomes too expensive to send for 2 of same in different sizes. I have been with QVC since it started & I have always been extremly pleased with everything I have bought. So please please ask them all to give the sizes ASAP I'm sure I'm not the only one who is trying to use Q CUT TO MAKE SURE I GET THAT JACKET & shouting at the TV for the sizes before they sell out thanks for you help & well done QVC long may you reign Norma Peters

Hi Glen
Watching fashion day, love some of the stuff, but not able to buy anything that will fit me. I am 41, petite 5ft 1ins and a size 8-10 . Please put pressure on buyers to consider us petite ladies. I also have problems getting shoes being only a size 3. Being a Kylie is no fun, if you cannot find clothing to fit.
Thanks for reading

I am a size 8-10 but find that most of your ranges - the smallest size is too large. I end up having to send most of the items back which is a real shame. I find Tiana B is a good fit and have been able to keep a couple of Beth Terrell skirts but pretty much everything else swamps me. In some of your ranges, extra small is actually a 10-12 or the chest starts at 40. Can we have some smaller sizes please to fit us 8-10 customers?
