Thank you all for your fab questions – there were so many that it's taken me a little while to answer them! I will be posting answers up throughout this week and next so keep a look out for them…
Q. I'm 43 with what I think is normal skin. My main concern is little bumps under my skin on both cheeks. You can’t see them but I can feel them.
When they come closer to the surface I can see it's a blocked pore, which I have picked as I feel it's the only thing that gets them out, or should I give this more time. Is there another way as I hate leaving these small lumps as I feel if I don’t pick them they won’t come out. Many thanks.

A. Jane, firstly I don’t think that you should be exfoliating that many times and be using an exfoliating cloth you will be causing more problems on the skin. I would try introducing Tri Enzyme Wash morning and evening after cleansing, but make sure you always tone after. Then just twice a week exfoliate with Papaya Enzyme Peel then follow with Tri Enzyme Gel Mask.
Q. Hi Keeley, I have a problem with eczema under my eyes and on my eyelids. Is there any product I can use on my eyelids to help keep them moisturised?
Posted by Margaret Green
A. Eyelids are a hard one. Gentle Rose Exfoliator is good to use once or twice a week to keep the skin soft and supple. Also the Visible Brilliance Serum is a great product that can be applied over the face and eyes and will help with the condition of the skin.
Q. Dear Keeley, I'm not a big fan of beauty products, but I couldn't help but write about the Elemis Sensitive Wash, now the chance has come up. I have used it for about four years now and it is the best. I had very problematic, oily, prone to spots sort of skin, but regular use of this wash has sorted this out.
I am regularly complimented on my skin even though I am in my fifties and take an awful lot of medication. This wash would definitely be my desert island product and I just hope you never stop making it. It is gentle, removes all traces of oil and mak-up and smells gorgeous. My skin just loves it and believe me my skin is very, very fussy. My skin just glows and it is down purely to the Sensitive Skin Wash.

A. Gail, I’m really pleased that you have had great results with what is also one of my favourites. I would urge you though to try our new product that is used in a similar way and will be available in our next Today’s Special Value on 5th December.
Q. Hi Keeley, I've just had surgery for breast cancer and have been advised that I will require preventative chemo and Hercepton. From the various leaflets I've received it seems there may be some skincare and cosmetic products that can impact the treatment. Can you please advise if you know of any issues that I should be aware of? I'm using Pro Radiance Cleanser, Apricot Toner, Pro Collagen Marine Cream and Oxygenating Night Cream. Your advice would be appreciated.

A. I wish you all the best with your health and the products you have said that you are using will be great. I would just stay away from the Enzyme products. A course of the Bliss Capsules would also help and work wonders.
Q. I have active acne rosacea. Is there anything in the Elemis line to help with the break outs.
Posted by Mary Velasco
A. Mary, SOS Emergency Cream is amazing for acne rosacea. You can use it on its own all over the skin or mix it in with Pro Collagen Marine Cream. Also Herbal Lavender Repair Mask is a great to use one or twice a week.
Q. Hi Keeley, I got the last TSV, and LOADS of other products too. I got the full size Eye Renewal and I’m unsure how to use the Eye and Lip Cream and the Eye Renewal to get maximum benefit from both of them. Thanks.

Q. Dear Keeley, I am sorry to use this space as this is not a question about my skin, but I would like to tell you a true story that happened to me just yesterday, and I believe it's all because I use your wonderful products…may I use this site to do so?

A. Joan it would be great for all Elemis lovers to read so please could you write it on my Keeley Aydin Elemis QVC Facebook page please?
Q. I have lost some weight recently and have noticed more open pores on my face, particularly on the lower part from the cheeks down. Please can you recommend something to help what is already there, but to also combat any further deterioration?

A. The Visible Brilliance Serum is great. Use one or two pumps after cleansing and toning in the morning and evening, and then apply your moisturiser over the top. You could also introduce Tri Enzyme Wash after cleansing at night. Keep up the good work with the weight loss.
Q. I am 51, got fairly good skin but dark circles around my eyes and skin slacking. Which is the best routine and products to buy? Thank you.
Posted by: Linda Fenwick
A. Linda, for dark circles definitely try Absolute Eye Serum morning and evening before you apply a moisturiser. For skin slackening, I would use the Pro Collagen Quartz Serum on an evening before applying your moisturiser and twice a week the Pro Collagen Quartz Mask – you can leave this mask on overnight also.
Q. I have recently purchased the Elemis Tan Accelerator as I’mm going on holiday to Cape Verde in November. Can you tell me if it is ok to use it on the face as well as the body?

A. Yes you can use it on the face then apply a moisturiser – have an amazing time!
