Crafty Christmas time!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Well, it's Christmas eve now and all the presents have been wrapped so I finally got the chance to try out some of our craft day goodies for myself..sort of!

Sunday the 27th of December is the final craft day for 2009 and I shall be with you for the last two hours of the day so I have had a nosey sneak peek at some items coming up.

I have borrowed the 'Epic Six' die cutting machine and some of the accessories we'll be featuring. Have a look at some of the fab projects you can create with it…very professional!

These have been done by using the Letterpress starter kit in conjunction with the Epic Six.

My only problem, apart from being busier than I thought possible over the festive run up, was a snoozy cat who has to investigate anything new to the Huntley homestead! Here's Babycat having a snooze on the tools I had hoped to work with.

How could I possibly have asked her to move? Bless her, what a sweetheart. Now under normal circumstances I may have poilitely asked her to vacate the area but it's Christmas and there are still a few jobs left undone so she can snooze to heart's content!

We've got a fab craft day to look forward to on sunday and I hope you can join us for Dawn Bibby, Rosemary Merry and so much more.

Have a gorgeous crafty Christmas and I'll see you again at 10pm on sunday!

Big love,

Catherine xx

    Hi Catherine
enjoying all of Craft Day , what a great selection of products you have had on show today. Credit cards taking a bashing again. Thanks to all the presenters and guests– did you get some of Dawn`s chocolate at the end of the show!
Was amazed to see Leonie on ANOTHER channel … I…. W…. , indeed, rather a surprise. Good to see Amy , I remember her first show when she was a bit nervous but now she looks so professional and poised.
Would like to wish all at QVC , both in London and in Liverpool , a very Happy New Year and success in 2010

Hi Catherine, these photos of Babycat made me smile as I recently lost my cat and she too used to do that when I did my card making.
    Hope the family is well.
    Much Love

    Hi Angela,
Pleased to hear you enjoyed our craft day. Sadly, I had to miss most of it as I was driving back from Norfolk after visiting family!
I did indeed have some of Dawn’s chocolate at the end of the show and it was super yum! Dawn and JJ spoiled me this Christmas and gave me a huge box of different flavoured hot chocolates, a cat calendar with sparkling fairies (Dawn said the two on the front cover reminded her of the two of us so she had to get it for me as it had cats on it too!), and finally a box of what looked like real chocolates but were actually chocolate shaped cases and inside they were choccy flavoured lip glosses! How brilliant, eh? She clearly knows me very well indeed.
It was sad to see Leonie leave us but we all keep in touch and I know she is happy. I secretly (or not so secretly) wish we could have held onto her as she was so much fun to be around but I’m sure we’ll stay in touch so it’s the next best thing.
I hope you had a great Christmas and that 2010 is a wonderful year for you.
    With warmest love,
    Catherine x

    Dearest Anneliese,
I am so sad to hear of the loss your dear feline friend. It’s such a hard thing to deal with as they are truly family members.
I’m glad that Babycat’s picture made you smile and brought back warm memories.
Maybe when you feel up to it you can make a little scrapbook as a tribute to your dear cat to make you smile and remember the sweet times you shared.
    Wishing you much love,
    Catherine x
