Not quite festive greetings but it sure feels like we're on the way as Christmas at QVC has officially started now. It's promising to be an all encompassing one so we all have no excuses to be sorted, happy and organised and therefore ENJOY it all! That's sounds a plan.
In the meantime, how the devil is everyone?
Here is a girl who is oh so pleased when Friday comes around. I do feel sometimes the weekends fly by waaaaaay too swiftly don't you? I've worked out that a social engagement on a Friday evening (oh how posh does that sound) sets the weekend up well and somehow makes it seem longer - a three-day weekend would be the answer wouldn't it?
Right, enough procrastination it’s time for ACTION. It's jolly well September already and it’s been noted by you lovelies, by Mr Slater who is our super dooper manager (note flattery!!), by my gorgeous Amanda and yes, by me too that the blog action is certainly not worthy of a Gold, a Silver nor even a Bronze Medal. So, HELLO in big loud capitals! Right, let's see, where are we all up to?

But when Joe cried big wet tears on Dan’s birthday because he missed Mungo so, my heart just twanged and all the negative thoughts, negative conversations and all round negativity about having a puppy just dissipated and I knew that this family needed a dog again.
Thank you all so much for your truly thoughtful replies, and thank you for understanding. Do you know it's made me cry again, yet also take comfort in the thought that all our beloved furry friends are careering madly around together up there.
We had the most loveliest moments on our farewell walk, we certainly were a sight en masse with five lovely dogs, and one in our hearts. The sun was shining and it really was so perfect.
They say that to lose your pet feels as if you've lost your best friend... well for us last week the sadness of that happened.
Our darling and beautiful Mungolina was found to have cancer and she was in terrific pain, for thankfully only a really, really short time before it was found. So the impossibly hard yet necessary decision to help her to sleep and go to heaven was made.
