Can you give us some useful tips on using the Ab Circle Pro most effectively?
I prefer to go on bare knees, so I wear shorts while using it. First of all I let my abs to do most of the work, and then I take some time allowing my shoulders to do the work. I do this by pulling my bottom half around with the motion of the Exerciser.
It's very easy! As you are locked in the correct workout position on the Ab Circle Pro you cannot get this wrong!
How often and for how long, do you recommend each exercise session should be?
Everyone is different so I recommend that you go at your own pace, but I found it effective just once a day for a few minutes to start with. I then increased the length of my workout as I felt more comfortable, just like with any other kind of exercise.
What other exercise would you recommend alongside the Ab-Circle Pro?
As with all workouts, it's really important to do a warm up beforehand and then some stretches afterwards.
When do you find is the best time of day to exercise?
I don't stick to one routine, I have a hectic lifestyle with the kids, but I try to exercise before lunchtime everyday when I can.
