Hello there, hope you are well!
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for me, with lots going on at QVC – have you watched the lunchtime show yet? It’s really fun! Here’s a clip of me and my partner in crime Chloe, having great fun as we always do (as you can see in the picture below).
I’ve had some other lovely experiences over the last couple of weeks; one was going to a rooftop cinema near the City of London. We had drinks in the sunset and then as it got dark, the film came on. It was pretty chilly so my friends (Leonie and Javed) and I snuggled up in Slankets!
I also helped Justine (QVC guest and very good friend) celebrate her birthday on the London Southbank. Here she is tucking into her birthday cake!
And then just this last weekend I attended a wedding reception at an old City of London counting house-turned-pub. It was an amazing location and a wonderful evening!
Then of course there was an evening with a very special winner. Last year during Breast Cancer Care‘s “Be Aware, Show You Care” gala, we held several charity auctions and one prize was a fabulous “QVC Experience”. This was going to be a very special occasion for the winner to come to QVC, have a styling session with Kathy, a hair and makeover with Alison Young, receive numerous goodie bags, and have their day finished off with dinner and drinks with myself and Alison Keenan, who hosted last year’s Breast Cancer Care annual show. The man with the winning bid was a gentleman called Don, who had bought the experience for his wife Eugenie. Eugenie has had a very challenging two years with one thing and another, and this was his way of treating his wife to something very special. You can see the photos of Eugenie looking gorgeous after her makeover. It was a lovely evening and Eugenie and Don are truly amazing people!
Thanks for reading my blog and I will be back next week with news of a summer TV show I will be appearing on (very different from QVC) and my current #Top3Beauty products. Please do post a comment below. I love to hear from you and reply to everyone.
Until then, big hugs,
