If your hair is looking a little lack-lustre and in need of a boost, then the luxury haircare range Amara may just be the thing for you.
Brought to you by renowned stylist Daniel Field, it focuses on pure luxury and pure ingredients and today at 4pm he'll be showcasing products to tackle all of your haircare needs.
Here, Daniel tells us a little more about the range and his passion for haircare…
How does Amara Haircare differ from other luxury haircare brands?
I've been formulating haircare products for 38 years and been hairdressing for 36 years, so I've had quite a lot of opportunity to create luxury haircare.
I've always followed a philosophy of "If in doubt, leave it out". I wanted to produce the highest-performing product possible, and also the safest. When I'm not in my salon I'm scouring the world for the safest ingredients and these are, more often than not, plants.
So, if I was to describe this haircare range in one sentence I would say it's the safest, purest and most high-performing range I've ever seen. It's solution-focused but pure luxury too.
Is Amara suitable for all hair types?
Amara is one brand and two ranges. The first range is called Pure Nourishment and the second is called Pure Body.
Pure Nourishment is suitable for people with dry hair and skin because you don't produce enough natural oils. The Pure Body range is perfect for normal to oily hair types.
Each range features a shampoo, conditioner, a weekly treatment and a selection of styling products to cater for your haircare needs.
What are your top hero products from the brand?
Pure Volume Body Boost works wonders on any hair type. I used a couple of sprays on Kathy Tayler's hair and she was amazed at how much volume it instantly created.
Plus, both the Hydrating Collection and Revitalising Collection, in their own right, form the basis of a great haircare routine. I go to great lengths to make sure my bathroom is always stocked with the right shampoo and conditioner!
