What do you think of the Crop A Dile Big Bite 2?

Crop A Dile Big Bite 2 Hi everyone!

So, did you manage to guess that I was talking about the Crop A Dile Big Bite 2?

If you didn’t get your hands on it during Tuesday’s official UK launch here on QVC, don’t worry, because it’s still available at an exceptional price. If you check other places, I think you’ll find that QVC’s price is simply amazing.

Also, the pink colour option for the Crop A Dile Big Bite 2 has been created especially for QVC and, at the moment, is only available here!

As a big fan of the eyelet setter, I’m very eager to hear what all the crafters out there think of it.

If you missed my last post, why not check out what I made using the new Crop A Dile.

I hope you’ll enjoy using it as much as I do!

Let me know how you get on and I’ll speak to you soon,

Love Catherine x

    Hi Catherine
I guessed what it was!! Dawn dropped a hint too!! My Mum ordered me one and the lady at Liverpool said it would be with me on July 3rd so I’m just waiting for the knock on the door!! I like many other people have seen it around in mags and on the net but the cheapest I’d seen it was £27.99 + delivery and it was orange! Loving the pink, always go for pink in eveything if I can, even my laptop is pink!
I got the original Crop-a-dile from QVC when it was a TSV and have used it so much on just about everything, but wished that I could reach further with it, but now I can!!
I love your projects…where did you get those spice tins? I’d love to use them like you have for ribbon, at the moment I have my ribbons hung on my craft room door from cards with each colour having a it’s own card if you can imagine what I mean!… it works but a few of those tins would mean I could keep them on my desk and not have to get up each time I need a ribbon!!!
Happy crafting x Love Hayley x

    Hi Hayley,
Great to hear from you. Well done! You guessed it was our Big Bite. I bet you never knew it’d be that fab pink colour, though. Isn’t it great? That pink laptop of yours sounds wonderful. Here’s some gossip for you…Stacey Scheifflin of Model’s Prefer has a pink laptop, too! I saw her in our coffee shop the other day with it. Gorgeous.
The spice tin was from ‘The New York Delhi Company’. Their spices are beautiful and their tins so so useful for crafters! If you don’t manage to find those then mini Pringles tins are good. I’ve used those to make money boxes.
Thanks for keeping in touch. I’m with Dawn tomorrow for more craft at 2pm so see you then if you’re watching!

    Hi Catherine
Thank you so much for letting me know about the spice tins, believe it or not I had a look in my stash and found an actual ribbon dispenser, made fron wood ready to put together and decorate that I’d forgotten about..doh!..and not only that but 2 tin paint buckets that I’ve bought and also put away and forgotten! Just shows how much we buy and forget lol! But paint tins means great fun with Big bite so quite glad i forgot them now!!
Well, one good tip deserves another…so I save all my Yankee Candle Jars, the label pulls off easily, the wax in the bottom comes out by putting the jar in the freezer and any remaining wax on the sides comes off with hot water and a stiff washing up brush, a final wash in the dish washer (not the lid tho) and hey presto storage jar!! You may already do that? But I use the small ones for buttons and the larger ones for well, anything really!
I also have 2 sets of the 2 hanging storage pockets from QVC (the ones that roll up like a jewellery roll) they’re full of small clear pockets on one and larger clear pockets on the other, well, top tip alert!!…the little mini jam jars, like you get in hotels with breakfast, well they fit like a glove in the small pockets and are ideal for storing brads, flat backed gems, eyelets and those fiddly little embellishments that we all find ourselves buried under! Luckily my Mum and Dad use them at breakfast so they’ve saved enough for me to fill all of my small pockets! Eventually I’ll decorate the lids but for now they’re serving a great purpose.
How Cool that Stacey has a pink laptop too! I love her, she should be on the stage as a one woman show!! Although I didn’t get my laptop from QVC, the same ones were a TSV around Xmas last year.
Thanks for the name of the tins, I’ll look out for them. Oh and I’m gutted…I missed the 2 hour show on stamping on weds, that’s my thingy if you get what I mean, I forget to set sky to record it, but the rest of the shows this week have been great and I’m looking forward to watching today’s show with you and Dawn x

Hi Catherine, Thanks for a brilliant craft event yesterday [11th July].As I showed you then, I used the Big Bite to take up my Denim jeans, using the extra large gromlets in multi colours.
I am one of the many disabled crafters,as my left wrist is fixed and doesn’t bend……..so if I could manage the Big Bite anyone can!
I found the instructions so easy to follow ,and would recommend it to every crafter….like a lot of crafting it becomes addictive to use!
By the way baby Harrison now weighs 5lb 12oz,at 14 weeks!
    Great to meet you,
    Love Hilary xx
