Well, ever the optimist, I am waiting very patiently for the ‘Indian Summer’ many have mentioned! If we reach Christmas and there is still no sign, do prompt me to give up!
I’ve got some great shows coming up over the next few weeks, starting tonight with Friday Night Beauty tonight.
I’ve been trialling a new product for everyone called Build & Tint Lash Enhancer from Freezeframe.
It comes from Australia and is designed to lengthen the lashes whilst giving them a rich natural brown tint at the same time. I am a good candidate for this, as whilst my lashes are long, they are mainly blonde, so without mascara on it’s quite difficult to see them.
You apply Build & Tint like a mascara, but morning and evening. Gradually the colour seems to affix to the lashes so even when not wearing any mascara or the tint, your lashes have taken the colour.
I am at the end of week two and can see a difference with some of them, so I’m sure if I continue for another couple of weeks they will all be looking great even without mascara!
It feels a bit funny applying it before bed, as we are so used to removing all make up, but when you remember the colour is coming from natural walnut you realise it’s not mascara at all, just a treatment to add colour. Great news for make-up free days and waking with lovely lashes.
Tune in today (Friday 5th September) at 9pm for Friday Night Beauty or check it out on QVCUK.com to see it for yourselves. As ever, another great new product here at QVC.
