Beverley Knight is full of soul. She is fantastic live. I saw Bev live at the archers in Glasgow, what a great night. She is so talented and i got to meet her after the gig outside and got my ‘prodigal sista’ and ‘Who i am’ albums signed by her. Oh and also she took time to allow a photo with me to be taken. Such a down to earth person. Would love to ask Beverley when she will be playing live at Glasgow again as i only noticed england dates. Hope i didn’t miss a Glasgow date, that would be terrible if that was the case.
Just to say i will be contacting QVC that night and will definately want a signed copy to add to my collection of great soul albums by the great Knight.

    Hi Beverley
My wife and I came to see you as a treat for our 25th Wedding Aniversary. Once at the Cliffs Southend and once at the Regents Ipswitch. We are now coming to see you at York Opera House.
Absolutely Fabulous. You may remeber Jeff with a J.
Good on QVC for recognising your popularity.

I love Beverley Knight a great talent indeed and am happy to see that QVC is branching into other areas. When artists struggle to sell their music in the legitimate manner these days, I think it is very canny of everyone concerned to give her air time to sell her music. Why not? And why not get other artists on board and give them a chance if they want to air their sounds. Selling is selling and music is a product-so why shouldn’t it be sold this way. QVC seem to sell a huge range of things-why not music? It’s a great idea and if she’s got make-up all the better!
I’d like to ask her what is the one song, from any song in any era that she could not live without performing?

Hi Beverly, Your singing is second to NON what a voice & how you put over the true sound of SOUL. I have so many times tried to ask WHERE ARE THE DVD’s? I have ALL your albums CD’s, but to revisit your shows on DVD would for sure be a smash, both for us followers & I am sure for your bank balance.
Please please allow this to happen.
A true follower Brian Bayley from Kent
Also of course a QVC customer for many years

Hi to Bev (and Bryan, Mary, Billie and the band if they’re all there!)
Bev will know me as JUMPINSOUNDS on Twitter.
I have followed her music career since getting her first single ‘Flavour of the old school’ over 15 years ago.
I have seen her perform many times, including as support act for Prince and Take That.
Last year, my wife (Fiona) and I went to see her perform at Hampton Court shortly after our second wedding anniversary and I managed to arrange for Beverley to give us a mention on stage which she kindly did, bringing tears to our eyes. We also got to go back stage after the show to meet her and she was as lovely and charming as ever.
We since met her again at the ICA for the launch for the 100% album and once again she took time to talk to us after the gig, despite needing to rush off for an early start the following morning.
She really is a true star and not just one of this country’s best vocalists, but one of the best in the world.
We are looking forward to seeing her again next week at the Royal Albert Hall and this Wednesday, 31st will be our 3rd wedding anniversary so please ask her to give us a mention on the show.
I already own 100%, it is a fantastic album but I’ll be buying the special edition on here too.
Much love to you Dr. Beverley Knight M.B.E :)

Is she selling anything, because if she is not, I just can’t see the point.

Come on guys- QVC is trying something new!
No-one likes change- but we have to change with the times. I think this is a fantastic concept. There are many people who watch QVC who, for various reasons, can’t leave their homes/beds. QVC bringing artistes and music to these people is a wonderful idea – QVC is not just a shopping channel – its a shopping concept – and – like everything else- is entitled to move with the times!
Good luck Beverley- think you’ll be fantastic!
