Craig and yoga teacher

Bendy, ABC and #MarvellousMarch

Hope you are well – how’s March for you so far? Hope it’s going to be a #Marvellous March – more on that later!

So, lots have been going on for me…

BENDY – I have been really trying to increase my strength and flexibility and as you can see from the photo, my ‘wheel’ pose has improved. My aim is to able to do a full wheel with no prompt or supports by the time I go on retreat in August. I also went to some workshops from an incredible teacher called Jessamyn Stanley; she was over from the USA visiting Hot Yoga Society where I practice and what a teacher! You can see her doing expert poses as well as me doing my first handstand!

Australian Bodycare productsABC – it’s back, the long awaited Australian Bodycare Today’s Special Value – on air Friday 11th March. Here is a pic of it in my bathroom as its one of my favourite skincare brand and I have to always have a stock of it in the cupboard! In the TSV you will receive TWO 1 litre body washes, TWO packs of wipes that are great for the car, office, bag or on the go, a tea tea oil and a body lotion. I won’t give away the price but I can say the whole kit is INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY!

#MARVELLOUSMARCH – following on from Mindful March last year let’s give some thought this time to Marvellous March! For the rest of the month will you share with me three marvellous things you have noticed, big or small any marvels welcome!

Here are my three this week;
1 – My niece Ruby laughing as we played together with her new toy cat.
2 – Sitting on my balcony on a cold morning being warmed by the winter sun.
3 – Achieving an understanding of what it’s like for my body to be upside down in a yoga move.

Now, I’d like to hear yours!

Sending Craigey hugs, have a great week!

    Ohhh Mr Craig….it has been so long since I have left you a comment. So sorry!! It has been a somewhat traumatic year. My other half of 17 years upped and left and it turned our he had been living 2 lives and married the other woman 4 months after leaving me!! ANYWAY I am well recovered now thankfully. I have moved to Lewes now (where I come from) and it is lovely to be back “home”. Close to mum which is lovely. I always keep an eye on what you are up to Mr Craig!!! You are a joy. xxx

    My 3 marvels are:

    My gorgeous mum who is bravely struggling with secondary lung cancer.
    My cute dog who although she is 10 still plays like a puppy and smiles at me!!!

    Hi Sarah P! Do you know, I had often thought of you and I had also noticed you hadn’t been on Twitter since Christmas. I would think to tweet you to see if you were ok at absure times but then would forget! I am so sorry you have been through all that. I went through a breakup a couple of years ago and yes, the circumstances were different but the pain of it all is intense. It’s only been 4 months for you so please look after yourself and give yourself time to heal and process and what’s gone on. I am glad you have moved back to your home town – have you got supportive friends and family around?
    Send you a big hug and it’s so wonderful to hear from you and let’s stay in touch here and on Twitter.
    Hugs, Craig xxx
