    I can’t vote for many of these items as I only use Flora Mare and Laura Geller. Why isn’t Flora Mare more advertised on qvc as this brand is head and shoulders better than any of the other so called top skin regimes.

    Liz earle is the best and I love Laura geller

    I must agree with the comment above. I was able to vote in only two categories -for Laura Geller, and Lulu`s Time Bomb. ( I couldn`t believe Lulu`s Glory Days and hand cream were not nominated! ) Were customers asked for nominations -I buy a fair number of beauty products and don`t remember being asked- or were all finalists chosen by QVC? Are the awards meaningful if customers are unable to vote for the products they really value?

    Agree with the above comments not really a true picture for awards as I only use about 3 of the above and the ones I love Like LULUs time bomb the full SBC range not really mentioned

    Wow. QVC has definitely changed my beauty regime. Gone are the days of buying products that I never use! QVC has great advice and makes skincare easy. Love, love, love decleor, Laura Geller, Ultrasun, Benefit, Liz Earle. Thank you QVC xx

    I have to agree with many of the comments above. It seems rather contradictory to say that these awards are “Customer Beauty Awards” when we have no say on who makes the shortlist for the final vote.

    Who decides on the shortlist? Is it really a true reflection on the brands and products customers love? Or does it reflect the brands that QVC values financially and wants to show off/ keep on good terms with?

    Prime examples;
    Best Cleanser – where is Sarah Chapman Ultimate Cleanse?
    Best Eye Product – where are Sarah Chapman or Liz Earle Eye Creams…? Your on air presentations are forever making reference to these being huge best sellers and customer most wished for brands and products!
    Best Male Grooming Product – who or what is Decleor Alguaromes? I have never seen this product on air! You don’t have a clip of any on air presentation showing on the page and It has only 1 review online; even that is from a female purchaser who uses the product herself. So on what basis is this eligible for Best Male Product?

    I am in no way serving an injustice to those who are nominated, rather championing the many brands and products that don’t feature across all the categories.

    In short, its rather insulting to have such a limited shortlist of brands; from the comments above, I am not the only confused cookie in the jar!

      I totally agree with everything James said I do not recognise half of the products and most of the popular big names have not been included who made the short list up because judging by the other comments its not the Qvc viewers who buy the products !

        Even more confusing are Kathleen’s comments below, proving that these nominees are actually not scoring very highly with reviewers. What justification are they award nominees when they cant even manage to get good reviews. Being nominated allows the product to display a badge or graphic showing nominee or winner status for this years awards (which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on future sales) it will suggest to new viewers and first time buyers that this product is a must have favourite; which I think is very misleading in some cases.

    i would also like to add my concerns for nominations especially josie maran product item no. 208560 had customer rating 2 stars out of 5 but is one of products in best newcomer category.

      A very good point Kathleen. The brands ability to use and display its nominee status in this years awards would dupe some customers into buying the product on the understanding it was a customer favourite. What justification do QVC have for it being a nominee if it fails to get above average reviews from ordinary folk who have parted with their cash to try it out. I thought these awards were supposed to represent excellence in beauty; many are worthwhile nominees but some are just down right puzzling!!
