Pipa with Shavata

Finally the snow arrives…

What a wonderful snowy day it is as I sit and write for a catch up with you at home. It’s been a fabulous start to 2015 albeit rather chilly!

Pipa's dog in the snowThe joys of oil central heating mean that once again I’m sitting here frozen as we’ve run out!! Again!! I know I know I know … I was and am kicking myself too!! What can I say? Thank goodness for the slanket?

It was so lovely meeting many of you at this year’s annual QVC Beauty Bash. I LOVE meeting you all face to face and I think we managed to welcome in around 2,000 customers on the day I was there which was amazing. Such a great change from talking to a camera lense :) I don’t think I stopped talking all day!

Not only did we get to meet you wonderful viewers and customers, we also managed to catch up with some of the fabulous team from Liverpool. These guys with Ali and I run the social media side of things up there.

And I got to catch up with Shavata (the queen of brows; see photo above!!) as well as the boys from John Frieda, neither of which I have seen in ages for a decent gas!! QVC really has such a family feel in so many ways – bring on the Beauty Bash 2016!

Back at home we all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year – many highlights of course but one of them had to be visiting Harry Potter world. At the beginning they show a fantastic movie of how it was made … I cried! (such an embarrassing mother!) It was a wonderful day out!

Back to business though and I accidentally managed to sell out a car cleaning product during a fashion clearance show recently, LOL! I was talking about my top product from QVC in 2014 – Showroom Shine . It’s designed for cars but I use it all over the house! It’s the best cleaner EVER for the glass door on the oven, my glass coffee table, mirrors etc and anything stainless just GLEAMS when I use it! I LOVE IT! The question begs now …what was your must-have product from last year?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Much love,
Pipa x
