BCC, trip to bristol and fun in the studios!

Hi there! How are you? Are you enjoying the early start to Christmas at QVC? I must admit I am, it gives me an excuse to bound around like a kid, haha!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks since we last spoke:

Breast Cancer Care – what an amazing evening! Thank you so much for your tweets and messages during and after the event. It was an absolute honour to co-host with Ali, she is such a special lady and now I am blessed to call her a friend as well as a colleague. We are still waiting for confirmation of final figures, but it looks like we are close to £320,000 – amazing!!

Trip to Bristol – I had three days in Bristol last week to hang out with my beloved family and my two special nieces – it’s such fun having completely different ages! Jas is 11 so I took her shopping, for lunch and a movie. Ruby is just 20 months, so that is just playtime all the time – love it! Hope you like the pics.

Fun in the studios – what do you think of this photo of me being a live demo for the strength of the retractable hose?! I am being pulled along by lovely Lorna Ko – what a great job I have! Sometimes I have to pinch myself!

How have you been? What’s your news? Here are the three things that made me happy:

1 – Hugging Ali after our incredible fundraising night
2 – Seeing my nieces in Bristol
3 – Walking today in the October sunshine – what a wonderful surprise!

What are yours? Do post a comment and tell me.

See you soon,

    Hi Craggle,

I really loved your blog. So lovely to read and really enjoyed your visit to us last week. The girls always love seeing you and like I said, Ruby even hugs the TV when you’re on!

Cannot believe how much QVC raised for Cancer Research! That is amazing and the evening looked wonderful!

Sometimes I watch you and see how happy you are doing your job. You can really be yourself and its so lovely to see.

    Love you lots

Hi Craig.. Love reading your blog.looks like a fun few days with your beautiful family. 3 things that make me happy are :- 1) having my tweet read out on the cozee bedding hour last night by my fav presenter :-) , 2) organising my daughters 21st birthday next week as it’s a rare occasion that all the extended family will be together ,everyone leads such busy lives nowadaysAnd 3 walking my very old and gorgeous King Charles in this beautiful late autumn sunshine that we’ve been so lucky to have ATM.
Hope you have a good day Craig.x

Hi Craig Just wanted to say hi and how very much I enjoyed the BCC evening with you and Alison, I purchased the ‘I Hope’ ring for myself and my daughter as these are words I so often use being a Breast Cancer survivor as does my daughter. You really are a lovely person so very caring, you were at the Beauty Bash this year but I was to shy to come up and speak to you or Catherine, a fact I bitterly regret, maybe next year! Love and best wishes to you and your family.

Hi Michelle! Thanks for your comment which was really enjoyable to read. Yes I really had a lovely time with my family thanks. Love your 3 things that make you happy! Firstly, you’re more than welcome :-). Secondly, I hope your daughter has an amazing party, and thirdly, that sounds lovely! I love going for walks anyway but this time of year with all the beautiful leaves is just breathtaking. Have a great week and stay in touch on here if you can.
