Hello, hope you are well?
I’ve had a great week!
FEET – I am a huge fan of the Margaret Dabbs range that we carry at QVC and to have a medical pedicure at her new clinic in West London was just wonderful – my feet have never looked better! Look at the picture, no hard skin, callous, corns, irritation between the toes or dry skin in sight!
SLEEP – I mentioned last week that I seem to be sleeping so much better than I have in a while and I wanted to share with you why I think this is:
1 – Dyson humidifier – I have been using this for about six weeks now so have really had chance to put this to the test. I used to wake up in the night often with a dry throat and nose and that horrid feeling of wanting to sneeze through dry irritation. I find now that this doesn’t happen and the room feels cool, fresh and healthy. I haven’t used the fan function yet but look forward to be able to doing this during the warm nights of summer. One thing I would say is that it does need specific cleaning every couple of weeks using a food grade citric acid with water. I was a bit put off by this but actually it’s quick & easy and important to keep the machine in tip top condition.
2 – This Works – what can I say about this brand, I love it. I actually don’t have that much trouble falling asleep (if you do you must try the original Deep Sleep Pillow Spray) but my challenge is often staying asleep in which case I have had great results with Deep Sleep Plus Pillow Spray, designed to release its unique fragrance throughout the night. Now when I awake in the night more often that not I just drift back to sleep. Bliss!!
3 – Northern Nights – warm, cosy cotton flannel bedding is our joy and my favourite set of the moment is this contemporary grey check – what do you think? Loads of choice!
LISA – I am delighted to announce that I will be working with the gorgeous, glamourous and charming Lisa Snowdon who you may or may not know has a fine jewellery line she designs for QVC. It’s fine jewellery with a quirky, fun, high fashion edge and the show is at 7pm on Monday 4th April. On Tuesday 29th March at 7pm, Lisa and I will be on Twitter hosting a web chat so join us then @craigrowe_tv and @lisa_snowdon for a chance to preview the show and have a good old gossip!
And as always this month – I want to know your moments of #MarvellousMarch. Here’s mine this week:
– Enjoying the indulgence of a Margaret Dabbs medical pedicure, my feet are so happy!
– Being part of Garden Re-leaf with Richard Jackson, a fun show, a great cause and so many touching moments
– Returning to dancing after a very bad cold made me realise the marvel of a healthy body!
Have a great week and drop me a line
