    Hi Keeley,
I am 40 and have had pigmentation on my cheeks for the past 5 years or more. I have had laser treatment but it has not improved this. I have the try enzyme range but am unsure how to use to improve this. I do go on holidays every 4 months so am in sun but always use Ultrasun face protection factor 30. The condition of my skin looks good and I have regular facials and exfoliate regularly could you tell me please what else I can do to get rid of the pigmentation.
    Thank you
    Heather

Hi Keely. My skin behaves really well and then all of a sudden I just break out (usually to the side of my chin). They are just solid painful lumps. I keep my skin really clean but I must admit to using quite a variety of ranges. A bit of yours, Cleanse and Polish, Dr. Hauschka now and then and also Clinique (the anti-blemish range and Repairwear). It all works fine for a while and then the spots appear. Could it be hormonal or just too many product lines? Just annoying as I seem to spend so much! Thanks.

I struggle with dark circles under my eyes … please recommend any products that could help??
I also am looking for an exfoliator… I currently use Phytopeel but do not like the harsh feeling when having to ‘rub’ it off.
    Thank you x

    Hi Keeley
Like the previous writer I have broken capillaries around my nose but also on cheeks and chin. I have recently started to have whiteheads aand wonder if medication for HBP could be a cause.
How can I best treat both problems?

I have lost some weight recently and have noticed more open pores on my face, particularly on the lower part from the cheeks down. Please can you recommend something to help what is already there but to also combat any further deterioation.

    Dear Keeley
I am sorry to use this space as this is not a question about my skin, but I would like to tell you a true story that happened to me just yesterday, and I believe it’s all because I use your wonderfull products…may I use this site to do so?

    Hi Keeley
I got the last TSV, and LOADS of other products too. I got the full size Eye renewal, and Im unsure how to use the eye and lip and the eye renewal to get maximum benefit from both of them. Thanks.

Hi Keeley, I’ve just had surgery for breast cancer and have been advised that I will require preventative chemo and Hercepton. From the various leaflets I’ve received it seems there may be some skin care and cosmetic products that can impact the treatment. Can you please advise if you know of any issues that I should be aware of, I’m using pro radience cleanser, apricot toner, marine day cream and oxigenating night cream, your advice would be appreciated.

Dear Keeley, I’m not a bit fan of beauty products, but I couldn’t help but write about the Elemis Sensitive Wash now the chance has come up. I have used it for about 4 years now and it is the best. I had very problematic, oily, prone to spots sort of skin, but regular use of this wash has sorted this out. I am regularly complimented on my skin even though I am in my fifties and take an awlful lot of medication. This wash would definitely be my desert island product and I just hope you never stop making it. It is gentle, removes all traces of oil and makeup and smells gorgeous. My skin just loves it and believe me my skin is very, very fussy. My skin just glows and it is down purely to the Sensitive Skin Wash.
    Take care, Gail x

Hi Keeley. I have a problem with exczema under my eyes and on my eyelids. Is there any product I can use on my eyelids to help keep them moisturised?

    Hello Keeley,
I’m 43 with what i think is normal skin, my main concern is little bumps under my skin on both cheeks you cant see them but i can feel them. I use liz Earle cleasner daily and exfoliator about 4 times a week. When they come closer to the surface i can see it’s a blocked pore which i have picked as i feel it’s the only thing that gets them out,or should i give this more time, is they another way as i hate leaving these small lumps as i feel if i dont pick them they wont come out. Many thanks.

HELP, Keeley. I’ve used Pro-collagen Marine cream for about 14 months, but my beautician says it’s too rich for my skin, as is the daily moisture cream..she suggests a fluid or lotion moisturiser, but I cannot find an Elemis one..I love the cleansers, and toner and adore the skin-buff,so I really want to stay with Elemis, but if they don’t make a fluid moisturiser, what would you say to the Caudalie one?? Or what advice do you have? Would using the daily moisture one every other day help? Or is it important to moisturise every day as I have been ?

    Hi Keely,
My 15 year old daughter has developed stretch marks on her bottom and hips. I know we can’t do much about the ones that are already there but is there a preventative measure she could take or a product to reduce the purple appearance. As you can appreciate at 15 this is a big issue. Thanks Keely.

    Hi Keeley
I am 34 years of old. Been using elemis for a few years now. My skin is spot prone with little lumps and bumps. I use the sensitive wash, followed by sos and pro collegen marine cream. Recently my skin feels oil and lines are showing round my mouth and forehead. I don’t smoke or drink. Please can u suggest what I need to add to my routine.
    Many thanks
