Hi Keeley, Happy New Year. Hope you enjoyed your first Xmas together. I have just turned 30 years old, I have stopped taking the pill after 12 years (we would like a baby too at some point) and would like a new regime. I have run out of everything. I would really like a new regime for face and body to look after myself in my thirties.
My areas of concern, I have noticed my first few fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes, the skin body seems dryer and I want to protect my neck and decollete area too.
    Many thanks,
    Christina. x

Hi Keeley. I have been using Elemis for just over a year now and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin. Having suffered from really bad acne as a teenager and in my twenties (I am now 38)I now very rarely get a breakout. However, I still get a lot of white spots on my forehead that I just can’t seem to get rid off. Is it something I am doing or what products would you recommend?

Hi Keeley, I have a 10 week old son and not much time for my skin routine which is now non-existent! I have Afro-Caibbean skin which was combination but more dry now, with uneven feeling skin and large pores on my nose. Please can you suggest some core, time saving products please? Also my 21 month old son LOVES your milk bath and cant get enough of it! It was the first thing he was ever washed in at the hospital when only half an hour old!! What can you suggest for babies/children’s skin as a moisturiser to accompany this please? THANKS!

    Hi Keeley,
I have oily-combination skin which has become quite dehydrated due to the cold weather this winter. The problem is I am still getting breakouts on my chin.
I am currently using the sensitive option cleanser & toner and using the tri-enzyme wash, serum and mask. Do you think the bliss capsules would help balance my skin or would you recommend another product?
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Keeley
Can I use tri-enzyme serum together with the visible brilliance serum? Also I am nearly at the end of the tri-enzyme serum and would welcome your advice on what would be the best option to now slot in underneath my pro-collagen marine cream. I’ve been on the tri-enzyme as a boost for 6 weeks and my skin is smoother but I still want to keep a glow.

    Hi Keeley,
I’m so confused about my skin type and I’m hoping you can help! I used to think I suffered from very dry skin as whenever I smile the skin around my smile lines, nose and eyes always looks a little crepey and almost dried out. However, in the past year or so while it still has the same look about it I’ve also noticed that the pores on my forehead and cheeks look enlarged and I’m stuffing from a lot of congestion on my cheeks and jaw line. I don’t really suffer from blackhead or oily skin but this congestion looks like little raised white bumps under my skin, I also sometime suffer from large and very painful lumps which appear under my skin, always in the same areas and they take ages to go down.
Someone suggested that my skin maybe more dehydrated than dry and as a result and the congestion is caused by use of the wrong produces, but I’m confused about the different between the two.
I’m turning 30 this year and I’m determine to try and get into a consistent skin care routine, I recently started with the Liz Earle cleanse, tone and moisture routine for normal skin, as I’m unsure of my skin type. Then someone suggested that the Tri-Enzyme range from Elemis could to help sort out my congestion, I was wondering if the face wash and gel mask is something that I can slot into my existing routine and if it is something that I need to be use continuously or just until the problem disappears? Also, if my skin is dehydrated are there any treatments you would recommend I use that won’t clog up my skin?
    Many thanks

    Hi Keeley
I am an absolute Elemis convert. I started using Elemis last year when you launched the Brilliance Serum. I only use Elemis now and my combination skin is very much more radiant and in control. Pro Collegen is just divine.I have combination skin with hormonal breakouts I use the Tri enzyme range as I have several small lumps under the skin. Just recently with the severe weather my skin is so dry and irritated I have stripped my routine back to cleanse and tone with combi collection, tri enzyme wash and tone, ultrasun 30 face, pro collegen eye, pro collegen neck, pro collegen cream mixed with sos and same at night only using new cleanser, omit the ultrsun and using sos neat. Am I correct to strip back my routine and omit serums? Also how many times a year would you use the bliss capsules? I used them in October, but my skin feels very sensitive at the moment should I wait for spring? can you use bliss capsules with tri enzyme range? thanks very much, love your shows, more new excellent products and collections please xxxxx

Hi Keeley, I treated myself to the last TSV as I was due to have my baby just before Christmas. He has now arrived, and with time being precious am loving the speed of that TSV. All I can manage is basic facial care now. What would be the next step? The marine cream has kept my sleep starved skin in perfect condition however my body skin is suffering.
    Thank you

    Hi Keeley,
I am 41 and a huge Elemis and Liz Earle fan , and always get the tsv’s. But now I am confused as to how the various Elemis ranges interlink and overlap or whether to keep them all separate and only use one group at a time i.e. when to use the tri-enzyme products versus the procollagen – should they all be used together or can I mix them ????
I don’t always get to watch you all the time so hope I catch you answering my question.
Thank you for all your products and expertise.

    Hi Keeley,
I’m 58 and have combination skin that is very good for my age with no lines or wrinkles. The problem I have is when I use your eye creams and moisturisers prior to make-up, when I apply make-up the creams roll off. I do exfoliate and use your masks regaularily. Can you tell me why this rolling/peeling of the creams takes place-it makes my makeup look a mess and bittey. Thanks. Ellie x

    Hi Keeley
I am 23 but have started to notice quite deep horizontal forehead lines, I currently use cleanse/polish cleanser and moisturiser from another brand, coupled with a high street brand that targets deep wrinkles and I have increased the amount I exfoliate (to 3 times a week with just a vitamin E scrub) but I am not noticing much improvement and it is difficult to strike up a balance between anti-wrinkle formulations and my (still at 23) acne prone forehead!!
I do think its time I upped my anti-aging routine though, what would you recommend?
Looking forward to the shows on 17th!! Keep up the good work!
    Thank you!

I tried using the sos cream but doesn’t seem to help. I also occasionally use the Tri enzyne facial wash. Please could you advise me. Thank you so much.

I have never used Elemis before but loved the cleanser and moisturiser – wanted to know if you can use the moistiriser on the eyes?? Also in addition to this what would you recommend for the eye area as I am a first time mum to my 7 month old and my eyes really have dark cirlces which werent so bad before. I am 28 years and asian and I know sometimes more difficult to tackle our eye area…my concern is the dark circles but later on wrinkles aswell.
Hope I have explained myself clearly, thank you very much.

Hi Keeley. I’m desperate! My skin is a nightmarish combination of different conditions and I’m at my wits end. I am trying to use the tri-enzyme wash and serum and following with pro-collagen marine cream, but not sure if its right for me. I’ve horrendous hard, red, lumpy spots along my jaw line, very open pores on my nose, yet my nostrils get very dry. Horrible spots on my forehead. My skin is constantly shiny with the exception of my cheeks. I’ve got broken capillaries along my cheek bones, terrible dark circles and droopy eye lids! Then there are the spots i get on my chest, neck and back!! Where do i start?? Anti-biotics from doc didn’t help. I don’t think its acne as sometimes my skin clears. I just don’t know what to do. I’m 38 and on medication for epilepsy…..
Hope you and your family had an amazing festive period..

Hi Keeley, I am a staunch Prai user and have been happy with the product thus far – however in the last 6 months I have noticed red areas on the bridge of my nose and since I turned 44 I just feel I may need something with more levity in the cleansing/toning department. I think I have dry skin. I have areas of what I presume to be Rosacea. I feel my skin needs a change and Elemis was my first choice to try – could you give me an oral skin prescription or a pointer please. I want to continue to take serious care of my throat and decollete and eyes.
Like a lot of people at this time of year I feel have neglected my skin for various reasons. I would appreciate advice to save wasting more money on further creams that end up redundant. Thank you so much for your time, kind regards, Hazel

Hi Keeley! Im 33 and have been using elemis for the last few months and have noticed a huge difference to my skin. I use the tri enzyme facial wash the rosepetal cleanser and ginseg toner along with the pro col day and night. I still have the odd break out but my biggest concern are the white hard spots that appear randomley over my face: cheeks and below eyebrows. I thought these products would banish them but they seem to be worse than ever! and are very annoying!! please could you run through how to use these products as a whole just incase i am applying wrongly or maybe these products are just not for me which would be a shame as my skin tone has changed dramaticly. And could you also reccommend an extra treatment for sagging skin. Thanks again keep up the good work.

Hi! poor Keeley!! inundated with questions!! here’s another!! (selfish!) I’m 52, keep getting painful lumpy spots which don’t come to anything if you know what I mean, they just sit angrily there, and they’re always at the corners of my mouth or around my nose, very sore, and leave scars (probably cos I can’t leave them alone) I have I think deduced after much trial and error that oils of any kind make them worse. They improve if I don’t put anything at all on my T zone but use skincare just on my cheeks and forehead, but I’m getting OLD and my mouth is thin and droopy anyay so I don’t want things to worsen!! I look miserable!! What can I use??? I have just about everything in the Elemis range but despite trying things out every 3 weeks or so I just get the spots, they were terrible when I used the skin bliss capsules so I just daren’t use them again, I nearly had to be off work my skin was so bad – no kidding!! You look great by the way and I love watching you and alison on QVC! Best wishes to you and your lovely new family, Jenny in Shetland (coming to beauty day next week Whoopeeee!!!!!
