Hi there, hope you are well and had a great weekend?
All good with me and had a great week last week of which the highlight was going to see the Paul Smith exhibition in London. It was held at the Design Museum just by the Thames, I hadn't been there since we filmed a piece during the finals of the QVC Search for a Presenter when I was there with the other finalists Sam & Ben, so as you can imagine there are some great memories.
The exhibition was really interesting and among other things there was the Mini Cooper designed by Paul Smith, and in the other part of the museum the first ever vacuum designed by James Dyson, which he sold to a Japanese company to raise money to make DC01!! I was there with a special friend so it made the afternoon even more amazing.
Now gearing up for a great week, it's the Beauty Bash on Wednesday which I am mega excited about and will of course post some photos next week. Talking of Beauty, I have another show with the lovely Cathy Kangas from PRAI Beauty on Thursday at 8pm. I loved my last show with her as part of QVC Cares and before the show I gave myself a little PRAI facial and look at the difference it made to my skin. In the after photo I have no make-up on but look how much brighter and awake I look – it is skincare that really delivers!
Finally – I have good news for you Yankee Candle fans! If you liked the new fragrances that were recently launched in the TSV and you want large jar candles in these fragrances on Auto Delivery, stay posted and I will tell you more next week so you can be the first to order as you can bet they won't be around for long! I'll keep you posted!
You may have noticed on Twitter that my friend and colleague Jill Franks has lost her beloved Bulldog "Scruncher". He literally vanished into the night whilst he was being walked along a towpath last Thursday evening (17/01) in Windsor, Berkshire.
It's believed he has been taken by persons unknown so if you live in or around the Windsor/Slough area. please keep a look out for him. Poor Jill and her hubby Larry are devastated and desperately want him back, and you never know? Someone out there might have seen him or noticed someone with a new dog matching his description?
In the meantime have a great week and speak soon, do post any comments or questions below, remember I reply to them all.
