Can you help I am nearly 50 and thanks to QVC I look younger than my age, I have developed dry tight skin in the evening around the jawline. I have been using Decleor Hydra Floral in rich which usually works, but the last few days I have noticed more of a tight feeling. Can you suggest a remedy?
    Thank You

Loved watching the video, very informative. I use both Liz Earle and Gatineau. Can’t beat the moisturisers & serums from Gaineau.

I have dark circles under the eye and have to wear waterproof mascara because normal moves and leaves me with panda eyes but my main problem is eye make up does not last. I have tried Bobbi Brown gel eye liner which is suppose to be bullet proof but on me it last about 2 hours, Laura Geller eye make up is the same. Any suggestions.

Hiya Alison! Watched Arran products today with Catherine. Is there any chance QVC would do a discovery items to try out?? They all sound fab, but could not decide. Thanks.
Also, wanted to ask, my daughter has v. sensitive skin, high colour, and breaks out when a product is put on it. She is using Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, SBC Proplis which her skin tolerates. Which moisturiser would you recommend and SPF and anything else you advise. She has tried Ultrasun , but had a reaction to that. She is 19 years old.
    Thank you Alison.

Hi Alison, I have melasma on my cheeks, upper lip and jawline.! Can you advise on best products to help lighten the pigmentation. I’m already using ultra sun products. I’ve tried Alpha h products, but not really seeing much improvement. I have been to a skin specialist, and have been advised to use the obaji range, but the products have hydroquinone in them and are very expensive to purchase, plus I’m a bit worried about the chemicals! I am a 54 year old Asian woman, and my skin is in good condition, a little on the dry side.
    Please help!!

Hi Alison , always thought I had open pores high up on my left cheek. I’ve asked at a beauty counter at my local store and she told me it’s not open pores, I have crepey like skin.
I mostly sleep on my left side, could this be the cause? I use a lot of different skin care brands from QVC always hoping to find the one that gets rid or at least disguises it. Best make up brand seems to be bare minerals original. Any liquid foundations, I tried the new B.M. Liquid pro last week in TSV, just accentuate the crepeiness. Any ideas? Thank you
    Avril

    Hi Alison,
Are you able to help with small “millia” – white lumps, that I have under one of my eyes. Can you suggest any eye products that would help get ride of them please. I have very sensitive eyes and don’t use much products on them. I am in my early fifties, I use Elemis Pro-Collagen Ultra Rich Moisturiser and would say that my skin is in good condition.

Hi Alison my daughter is 14 years old and suffering with spots along her forehead and around her temples. Also seems to be getting blackheads on her nose. Her skin is really bothering her and other girls are now commenting about it at school which is impacting upon her confidence. Currently using cleanse and polish and nothing else. She is very active swimming, running, horse riding most days. Swims everyday for 2 hours, could wearing a swimming hat be making it worse?
We have previously tried the spot treatments available on the high street and Pro Active for a few months with no real improvement. Would appreciate any advice / suggestions as reluctant to try anything that could potentially make her skin worse.
    Many Thanks x
