Another busy week, full of mischief!

Chewing on the carpet!Hello, well I hope your January is going well.

Thanks so much if you're following me on Twitter, I'm really enjoying the interaction!

Such a busy week at QVC and I'm loving my new Tuesday night show. More on that shortly.

Here though a little update on the escapades of Misty and Bramble, our Cairn terrier puppies! They're now around 15 weeks of age and all is fabulous, mmm – most of the time! They're so very, very mischievous! I think they must be teething as they want to eat and chew just about everything.

Money shredded!Sunday evening I saw little piles of carpet fibre all over our hallway floor! The bottom step of our stairs has been gnarled! I wasn't sure who the guilty culprit was until I saw Misty with carpet fibre (pictured above) just below her nose!

At this point I'd like to add that they do have plenty of toys and now even more added! A little while later all was quiet, then I discovered my debit card on the hallway floor… strange, it was in my wallet earlier for certain.

Amethyst ringWell yes it was, until the pups got hold of the wallet and managed to remove the cash and begin the shredding process! I managed to salvage the cash and repair the £20 note!

The escapades actually add to the magic of having our two special pups and they have brought so much joy and love to our family. I cherish our little walks and my children are already teaching them some fabulous tricks which they're responding to really well. Watch out Pudsey and Ashley!!

Amethyst in gift boxAll is really busy at QVC, thanks so much for your feedback on my new show. If you haven't caught it yet it's every Tuesday evening at 8pm – Destination Gems. We bring you a specially themed show each week. This Tuesday (15th Jan) it's the birthstone collection focusing on Amethyst (above left) for the month of February.

We have some real treats in store for you and some fabulous pricing too. Not to forget our competition (the prize is pictured left) and the 'Reveal' as well! In the meantime, it's back to the puppies (time for a little walk) and if you have any pet photos you'd like to share with me and everyone on Twitter I'm @mecharliebrook.

Take care

Hi Charlie….Misty and Bramble are absolutely delightful….bet you have your hands full !! You and your family will never have a dull moment…but animals fill your life with so much pleasure. Enjoy your time with your little ones…give them love, love and more love. They will provide you with endless companionship and they ask for nothing in return..unlike humans.
