A: It may be your email security settings. Check your 'Bulk' or 'Spam' folder. If you still can't find it, try signing up again - you might have mistyped your email address.

Q: I've followed the instructions but I'm not getting my Beauty Bible emails - any ideas?
A: They maybe going to your 'Bulk' or 'Spam' folder by mistake. Try adding QLiving's address to your email address book

Q: What if I decide I don't want Beauty Bible emails anymore?
A: If you decide it's not for you, it's easy to stop emails from Beauty Bible - we promise Alison won't be offended! Just click the 'Unsubscribe' link that can be found on the bottom of any Beauty Bible email.

Q: How often will I get Alison Beauty Bible emails?
A: Alison will send you an email on any day when there's new advice - usually about two or three times a week.
