By the way, I did mean Wight, it's not a spelling mistake! I spent Christmas in the Isle of Wight with my Mum, Dad, sisters and family. There were so many of us and we simply had a brilliant time. This is Dad and he was head chef for the day! His cooking is fabulous (my Mum's is too… I should mention!) and on Christmas Day we just 'leave him to it' and he conjures up the most wonderful spread for us.
Dad's roast potatoes are legendary and the gravy is out of this world. I can't remember if the photo was taken before or after dinner but either way I think he'd had a drink or two (or three or four!). To be fair, Dad only drinks a few times a year! Then it was Boxing Day which was at my sisters and she laid on so much food. Thank you!
Speaking of sisters, this is one of my other sisters, Nicola, who has been trying out the Trespass Today's Special Value for me. It's a cracking design which has been made for QVC. As well as looking fabulous, it has some brilliant features including a removable hood, water resistance and taped seams to help keep the wind at bay.
I think she looks great (future model for QVC perhaps!) and is wearing one of the four colours available. The snap shot was taken high up on the Isle of Wight at Culver and I'll be launching the Trespass TSV this Wednesday 4th Jan at 12 midnight!
Speaking of January, do you have any resolutions in mind? I had some but I seem to have forgotten them!
We came back from the Isle of Wight the day after Boxing Day, quickly unpacked and then I headed into work. Speaking of which, I'd better dash as I'm on air shortly..!
Take care and see you soon,
P.S… happy new year!!!!
