Beautiful views

A room with a view!

Hi there folks,

Hoping you’re all well and dandy!

It’s been a crazy-busy time of late here, especially with our recent Beauty Campaign Live event! I hope you were all treated to some fab products and have lots of little packages making their way to you shortly.

My latest beauty discovery – well my latest two actually – are the Pixi Glow Tonic toner and Perfect Teint II from M.Asam! Wow on both counts! With toner, the texture of my skin feels amazing. I’ve only been using it for about a week, but noticing a difference.

Also, the demonstrations for the Perferct Teint II are absolute knockouts! I’ve tried similar quick-fix products in the past, but they’ve always sort of crystallised on the skin (if you get my drift?!) whereas this just wipes out the lines and wrinkles. You can still speak, smile and at least move your face without feeling that you’re cracking up; quite literally! This could be a real saver for me with the wedding coming up in August!

So what’s with the ‘Room With a View’ title then? Well last week the lovely Louise came down and we went up The Shard for lunch. Absolutely fantastic!

Brilliant food…

It was great that it was a lovely day so we really could see all of the sights of London. We then followed that up with afternoon tea at the Palm Court in the Langham Hotel. Stunning! What a beautiful room! Only problem was we were still quite full from lunch… but we did our best!

Louise is expecting at the end of June, so she’s eating for two. Me? Well, I was just keeping her company!

Looking forward to catching up with you all over the Bank Holiday weekend! We have some great Today’s Special Values: Saturday is a fabulous portable speaker from B&O PLAY  from Bang & Olufsen and Sunday is HairMax! If you’ve never seen this product or what it can do for thinning hair… you need to watch!

And Bank Holiday Monday? Well it has to be gardening really doesn’t it?

I love the difference Luxform solar lighting has made to my garden! Whether you’re really into your gardening or you just like things simple and tidy, these lights are the absolute finishing touch!

Even if you only have a small outside area they’re great.

If you like the look of all those Today’s Special Values, just wait until you see the prices!

So even if the weather isn’t that great (well it is a Bank Holiday weekend after all, so who knows?!), do keep us company this weekend at QVC.

Take care,
Anne xx

Sounds Like you had a lovely time with Louise. I’d love to see the views from the Shard and try the food of course! I have sampled Afternoon Tea at the Langham though – we went for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was amazing and by coincidence the pianist played some music we’d had at our wedding. It was like it was meant to be. We’ve always meant to go back but haven’t got round to it yet. One day though ….

Hi Anne, I hope you are keeping well. I just thought I’d let you know that I watched your Gale Hayman show yesterday and ordered the 6 piece nail polish and matching lipstick set. The Hermes man has just arrived with them and they are absolutely gorgeous! I have never tried Gale Hayman before and I am hoping the colours are as good as they look on. Mum sends her best wishes xxx
