A lazy Sunday afternoon

Lunch at Craig's Hi everyone, hope you're well and having a good week.

Wow, last week at QVC was busy, busy, BUSY! I was lucky enough to present some extra shows last week, and what with the 'Grow It, Cook It, Eat It' event, five shows across 'Christmas in July' and then standing in for Jules on 'DIY on Sunday', by Sunday lunchtime I was beat!

The weather was a bit unsettled, but nonetheless I threw a last-minute lazy alfresco Sunday get together, and it was the perfect way to unwind. Stuart, Angel and Alex came over and I made a simple cous cous salad, pesto pasta and Craig's sticky BBQ chicken, plus some Quorn for Stuart as he's a vegetarian. Here I am with Stuart and Alex tucking in to the grub – I MUST get some climbing plants to cover that wall! It was all washed down with some wine and a one or two cocktails (I make a mean mojito!).

Angel and Craig chill out This other photo is of Angel and me lazing on the sofa after it decided to rain and we had to decamp indoors. So we had something to do, we decided to bake a cake and make some hot, frothy coffee – a perfect end to the afternoon!

What's your idea of a perfect Sunday afternoon? Do you like to stay at home and relax or get out and about? Do drop me a line, I'd love to know.

Have a great week and I'll see you all soon,
Craig. x.
