Well for those of you who don't know, Kernow is the Cornish for Cornwall and that's exactly where I went a few weekends ago!
I'm lucky enough to have extended family in Cornwall so I get down there at least a couple of times a year and I always enjoy it. This last visit was no exception; it was a wonderful mixture of trips to the beach, lovely long country walks, eating lots of delicious food lovingly prepared by Val (otherwise known as Mummy Raine!) and a couple of very hilly runs!
In the photos you can see Val and I and the viaduct of Calstock, some great panoramic shots of the Raine family (taken on the Casio Excilim EX-H30 camera we had as a TSV a few of weeks ago!) and me proudly holding a big bowl of Eton Mess, a dish I created using homemade meringues, Val's fruit compote (which I could happily live on!) and oodles of yoghurt! Yum!!
Have you been to Cornwall? Any places you recommend I should see on my next visit?
