Easter table

 Easter fun, fashion and Fitover!

3

Oh how we all love a bit of alliteration!!

Hi everyone, hope you’re all well. It’s not too late to still talk about Easter (we are still on the official Easter school holidays… no traffic… woohoo!!). So how was it for you?

The weather was shocking (all I seem to do lately is talk about the weather… I know that’s what we Brits are meant to do but this is getting truly ridiculous!!) Down south in any event, it just poured, but our spirits were not dampened one iota and the Dawson Clan all had a fab time.Easter table

Check out the pics… kids getting bigger (see the bunny ear breakfast and what happens when you give a child under two a pain au chocolat!!), cakes looking delicious on my Easter table (all homemade but not by my fair hand… I had enough to do sorting lunch for 14 hungry mouths!!). And yes enough chocolate eggs to make the employees in Charlie’s Factory (not Mr Brook!!) in need of a fortnight’s holiday!! All good though and I am feeling particularly proud of myself that I actually gave quite a bit of chocolate away!! (Shock, horror, faint!!) Damage limitation before the summer.

Talking of a change of seasons, hopefully spring is on the way. There’s been a couple of fairly sunny days but I write this blog looking out the window and yet again it’s absolutely pouring!! (There she goes talking about the weather again!!) However we do have some lovely fashion coming up and a great TSV from H by Halston on Monday 16th.

H by Halston Satin Trim Detail Cap Sleeve V Neck Top

It’s a great little top available in a variety of colours that can be worn casually or even slightly dressier under a jacket or a duster. Choose from some beautiful spring colours to transition into the hopefully warmer months ahead or go for a classic black or blue. In fact at the great price you may well even want to go for more than one!! This is becoming an increasingly popular fashion brand of ours. I think so many of you love it as the pieces are just such great quality, timeless yet still really affordable. In any event I’m launching so tune in Sunday midnight for the first glimpse!

JPE Fitover Vintage Sunglasses with Polarvue Lenses

Then in keeping with holidays ahead and sunnier times, on Tuesday we have the Fitover sunglasses from JPE as a TSV. Now these are absolutely genius!! I have first-hand experience of these and have enjoyed many a happy holiday on the beach, reading my favourite book without the need to keep swapping eyeglasses to sunglasses! As the name suggests, they simply “fit over” your regular glasses and they really do accommodate a wide variety of frames out there. Talking of which, these are a vintage frame design and we have several different options for you and a great price too considering what’s included!! Again if you’re intrigued please join me at the launch midnight on Monday.

Hopefully we are putting you in the mood for cloudless skies and lighter, brighter fashion here at QVC… so stay with us as we all transition with the climbing temperatures (hopefully)!!

Take care

Anne xx
