Only been back from my travels a week and I’m well and truly into the swing of things again, ridiculous how long ago Thailand seems. The nights draw in quick at home and my next holiday won’t be until the summer so this week I’m fighting the holiday blues…how can we cope with them? The answer is retail therapy and a dash wholesome exercise to get those endorphins flowing!
After total indulgence on noodles, curries and thai beer it’s time I crack on with some physical activity now I’m back in Blighty.
I dragged my lethargic carcass to the gym a few times after work last week and even went for a little jog. Luckily because I ran to my friends house my Goddaughter was on hand to help me stretch and so was Ted, two little helpers!
I always find I’m more motivated to exercise when I have new gym clobber (gym clothes y’all). I’ve been lucky enough to try a pair of Vionic trainers an upcoming TSV on Monday the 30th Jan. I gave them a test run on your behalf!
The result was comfortable, stylish and supported! I’m sure you’ll agree they look fab but the scientific orthotic supporting function behind them is really clever and helps that ankle and knee alignment. They take a day or so to get used to but then you feel the benefit and it’s so worth it. Give them a whirl in with your 30 days money back guarantee!
Exercise really does combat the blues, gets the blood pumping and makes you feel alive!
I’m also making sure that I’ve got my sleep hygiene nailed too. Coming home with jet lag and doing seven out of eight mornings at QVC was fairly brutal to my untuned system, to be frank …it was a massive shock!
Coupled with the fact that it’s been freezing gives us no better reasons to invest in the up coming Alison Cork TSV coming up on the 1st of February and available in four vintage tones, this is the mink.
Look how stylish it is and glamourous it makes the bedroom look with those vintage tones, not only that but it’s practical as it covers the entire bed so I won’t get any Teddy paws on my Northern Nights bedsheets. Additionally it’s a velvet and linen mix so it feels as good as it looks. And as you can see Teddy is quite the fan!
